Cypherpunk Mining LLC and Cypherpunk Technologies Inc. (NasdaqCM:CYPH) acquired certain assets of Moria Mining, LLC from Moria Mining, LLC and Winklevoss Treasury Investments, LLC for $33.3 million Cypherpunk Mining LLC and Cypherpunk Technologies Inc. (NasdaqCM:CYPH) acquired certain assets of Moria Mining, LLC from Moria Mining, LLC and Winklevoss Treasury Investments, LLC for $33.3 million on August 17, 2026. The consideration was paid entirely in the form of a pre-funded warrant issued to Winklevoss Treasury Investments, LLC (WTI), an affiliate of the seller, to purchase 43,290,042 shares of Cypherpunk common stock at an exercise price of $0.001 per share. The number of warrant shares and the exercise price are subject to standard adjustments for stock dividends, splits, and similar events. Prior to the transaction, WTI beneficially owned 19.9% of Cypherpunk's stock. Post-transaction, the warrant contains a beneficial ownership limitation preventing WTI from exercising it if its ownership would exceed 19.99% of outstanding shares. As a related transaction, Cypherpunk and WTI entered into a First Amendment to the Registration Rights Agreement, granting WTI registration rights for all shares of common stock it owns or may acquire. The transaction establishes Cypherpunk Mining as a major Zcash mining operator.

Cypherpunk Technologies Launches Cypherpunk Mining Cypherpunk Technologies Inc. announced the launch of Cypherpunk Mining, which is now the largest Zcash mining fleet in the world, through a $33.33 million equity-based transaction with Winklevoss Capital. The fleet is online, with approximately 4.2 GSol/s of Equihash hashrate deployed across the United States, which currently represents approximately 18% of the total Zcash network. With the launch, Cypherpunk now offers public market investors exposure to both Zcash mining and treasury upside and continues Cypherpunk's evolution into a diversified privacy technology company. Through this transaction with Winklevoss Capital, Cypherpunk Mining immediately becomes the Zcash network's largest active fleet, currently deployed across U.S.-based facilities with industry-leading uptimes and hosting rates, accessing an addressable market valued at over $250 million per year at current ZEC prices. Cypherpunk Mining now stands alongside Cypherpunk's ZEC treasury and its privacy investment strategy anchored by ZODL, the most widely used Zcash wallet. As approximately 43,800 ZEC are awarded to miners each month, mining meaningfully accelerates the company's path to its target of holding 5% of ZEC supply, at production costs that are significantly lower than spot price. As the largest corporate holder of ZEC, currently with 323,394.38 ZEC representing approximately 1.92% of the circulating supply, Cypherpunk's incentives are aligned with the network's. The additional mining hashrate and decentralization strengthens Zcash network security, and a more secure Zcash makes Cypherpunk's treasury more valuable. Cypherpunk intends to serve as a bridge between Zcash miners, developers, and the broader ecosystem. Cypherpunk and Cypherpunk Mining LLC entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Moria Mining LLC and Winklevoss Treasury Investments, LLC pursuant to which Cypherpunk Mining acquired the latest generation Z15 Pro machines with an aggregate hashpower of approximately 4.2 GSol/s along with their related hosting agreements. Leap Therapeutics Publishes Results from Phase 2 Defiance Study of Sirexatamab in Combination with Bevacizumab and Chemotherapy for Advanced Colorectal Adenocarcinoma Leap Therapeutics announced the publication of results from the randomized Phase 2 DeFianCe study of sirexatamab (DKN-01), an anti-DKK1 monoclonal antibody, in Clinical Cancer Research. The publication, "Sirexatamab in Combination with Bevacizumab and Chemotherapy as Second-Line Therapy for Advanced Colorectal Adenocarcinoma: the Phase II DeFianCe Trial," reports the complete efficacy, safety and biomarker analyses from the study and details the statistical basis for the DKK1 biomarker finding. The peer-reviewed analyses establish that the benefit of sirexatamab increases as a patient's baseline plasma DKK1 level rises — a relationship confirmed by independent statistical approaches and reinforced by the observation that high DKK1 predicts poorer outcomes on standard of care alone. Together, these findings define DKK1-high mCRC as a biologically distinct population with high unmet need and provide the scientific foundation for a biomarker-selected Phase 3 trial. Key Findings from the Publication: DeFianCe (NCT05480306) was a two-part, randomized, open-label, multicenter Phase 2 study. Part B randomized 188 patients 1:1 to sirexatamab plus FOLFIRI or mFOLFOX6 and bevacizumab (Sirexatamab Arm) or to chemotherapy and bevacizumab alone (Control Arm). The primary endpoint was investigator-assessed progression-free survival (PFS); secondary endpoints included objective response rate (ORR) and overall survival (OS). Baseline plasma DKK1 was a prespecified candidate biomarker. Sirexatamab benefit increased as baseline plasma DKK1 rose. Three independent analyses — a continuous treatment-by-DKK1 interaction model, a permutation-tested Biomarker Adaptive Threshold (BAT) analysis, and median- and upper-quartile subgroup analyses — converged on the same conclusion: benefit rises with baseline plasma DKK1. The treatment-by-DKK1 interaction was statistically significant for both PFS (p=0.0129) and OS (p=0.0027), with DKK1 modeled as a continuous variable.
