Core Lithium Ltd Announces Director Changes Core Lithium Ltd. announced the appointment of Ms Anna Neuling as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 24 July 2026. The Company also announced the retirement of Mr. Heath Hellewell as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 31 July 2026. Ms Neuling has 20 years' career experience in the resources sector across corporate finance, governance, commercial strategy and business development. This appointment builds on Core's board and governance capabilities as the Company continues to execute its operational and development plans and pursue future growth opportunities at the Finniss Lithium Operation (Finniss). Ms Neuling is currently Lead Independent Non-Executive Director of MLG Oz Limited (ASX: MLG) and a Non-Executive Director of S2 Resources Limited (ASX: S2R). She has previously served as a Non-Executive Director for other ASX-listed resource companies including Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit and Risk Committee at Spartan Resources Limited (ASX: SPR) prior to its merger with Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX: RMS). Ms Neuling has held a number of senior executive roles in the mining industry, most notably with Sirius Resources Limited, where she served as Executive Director, Corporate and Commercial during the company's transformation following the Nova-Bollinger discovery and subsequent acquisition by Independence Group. Earlier in her career, Anna held senior finance and company secretarial roles with LionOre Mining International and other ASX-listed resource companies, following her start in professional services with Deloitte. Ms Neuling holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. The Board considers Ms Neuling to be an independent Non-Executive Director. Core Non-Executive Director Heath Hellewell has advised the Core Board that he will retire as a Non-Executive director of the Company on 31 July 2026. Mr. Hellewell joined the board in 2014 and over his near 12 year tenure, Core declared a Maiden Mineral Resource in 2017, secured a Mineral Lease in 2019 and produced first concentrate in 2023. Most recently, he has made major contributions to the Company's 2025 Restart Study, completion of the $307m funding package announced in March 2026 and the recommencement of mining at Finniss. Mr. Hellewell has been chair of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee since its establishment in December 2021. In addition, Heath has provided considerable guidance and strategic direction on the development of Core's Mineral Resource and Ore Reserves to support the BP33 Underground development, as well as its broader exploration portfolio.
