First Development Resources Plc Commences Phase I RC Drilling At Lander West First Development Resources plc announced the commencement of its Phase I Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling programme at its flagship Lander West gold target within the Selta Project in the Northern Territory. The Phase I programme has been designed to test multiple high-priority gold targets generated through the Company's systematic exploration programme, including geological mapping, geochemistry, airborne magnetics, Gradient Array Induced Polarisation (GAIP) geophysics and target generation. The programme is expected to comprise up to approximately 3,000 metres of RC drilling and will be completed in stages, allowing geological observations from the initial holes to inform subsequent targeting. First Development Resources Commences Site Preparation at Lander West Gold Target and Prepares For Maiden Phase I RC Drilling Programme First Development Resources plc commenced site preparation activities at the Company's flagship Lander West Gold Target within the Selta Project in Australia's Northern Territory. The Company's field team has mobilised to the Lander West project area and has commenced final site preparation activities ahead of the Company's maiden Phase I Reverse Circulation ("RC") drilling programme. The drill rig is expected to arrive on site in the coming days, with drilling anticipated to commence shortly thereafter. Site preparation has commenced at the Lander West Gold Target. Drill rig expected to arrive on site in the coming days. All regulatory approvals and statutory requirements now complete. Phase I RC drilling anticipated to commence following rig mobilisation and final site preparations. The Company's field team, led by recently appointed Exploration Manager Dr David Rawlings, has commenced final site preparation activities, including construction of access tracks, establishment of drill pads and additional geological reconnaissance designed to optimise the initial drilling programme. Dr Rawlings will oversee the execution of the Company's maiden Phase I RC drilling programme at Lander West, working alongside the Company's operational team throughout the campaign. These activities are being undertaken ahead of the planned arrival of the RC drill rig. The Company expects GeoDrill Australia's drill rig to arrive at Lander West in the coming days. Drilling is expected to commence following completion of rig mobilisation and final site preparations. The Phase I RC drilling programme will test a series of high-priority gold targets generated through the Company's integrated geological, geochemical and geophysical exploration programme. The programme represents the first drill test of several compelling gold targets identified along the prospective Stafford Gold Trend. The upcoming programme is the culmination of many months of systematic exploration, technical evaluation, permitting and target generation and represents a significant milestone in the advancement of the Company's flagship Selta Project. First Development Resources Plc Provides Update On Operational Preparations For Maiden Rc Drilling Programme At Lander West Gold Target First Development Resources plc, the UK-based, Australia-focused exploration company with mineral interests in the Northern Territory and Western Australia, provided an update on preparations ahead of the commencement of the Company's fully funded maiden Phase I Reverse Circulation ("RC") drilling programme at the Lander West gold ("Au") target, part of its 100%-owned Selta Project located in the Northern Territory, Australia. The drilling programme is designed to test recently defined high-priority Au targets identified through the Company's integrated geological, geophysical and geochemical interpretation programmes along the prospective Stafford Gold Trend. Operational preparations are advancing ahead of fully funded maiden Phase I RC drilling programme at the high-priority Lander West Au target planned for later this year. Alice Springs-based Transport, Maintenance & Engineering Pty Ltd. ("TMAE") is appointed as preferred earthworks contractor for access and drill pad establishment ahead of mobilisation. Pre-mobilisation site visit is commencing next week to review priority drill locations and finalise field logistics ahead of drilling. All key regulatory approvals are secured with mobilisation planning and drilling preparations continuing ahead of commencement later this year. The recent completion of integrated geophysical interpretation has significantly enhanced understanding of the mineralised structural architecture at Lander West and strengthened confidence in the upcoming maiden drilling programme. The Company is fully funded to complete the Phase I RC drilling programme at Lander West. The appointment of TMAE provides the Company with an experienced Alice Springs-based contractor familiar with operating in remote Central Australian environments. Combined with the recent appointment of GeoDrill Australia as drilling contractor, key operational partners are in place as preparations continue to advance. The upcoming site visit will allow engagement directly with stakeholders, review planned drill locations and finalise preparations ahead of mobilisation later this year. The pre-mobilisation site visit commencing next week forms part of the Company's broader field planning and mobilisation programme ahead of commencement of drilling activities at Lander West. The visit will focus on reconnaissance of existing access routes to the Lander West work area, inspection of proposed drillhole collar locations and review of planned infrastructure corridors ahead of mobilisation of the earthworks contractor. The programme is intended to ensure all field activities are appropriately planned and executed in accordance with approved environmental and operational management frameworks. All earthworks associated with the drilling programme, including access preparation, drill pad establishment and associated infrastructure, will be undertaken in accordance with the conditions of the Company's granted Environmental Mining Licence ("EML") and certified Risk Management Plan ("RMP"). During the visit, Company representatives will also engage with key stakeholders, including pastoral leaseholders, consultants and representatives of the Northern Territory Government, as preparations continue for commencement of drilling operations later in the year. In addition, the Company expects to meet with representatives of GeoDrill Australia Pty Ltd. ("GeoDrill"), recently appointed as drilling contractor for the Phase I RC drilling programme at Lander West. GeoDrill is currently undertaking drilling activities along the Stafford Gold Trend on neighbouring ground, providing an opportunity to coordinate mobilisation planning and operational activities ahead of commencement of drilling.
