Is Chubb Limited (NYSE:CB) Potentially Underrated?
Chubb Limited (NYSE:CB) is a company with exceptional fundamental characteristics. Upon building up an investment case for a stock, we should look at various aspects. In the case of CB, it is a well-regarded dividend-paying company that has been able to sustain great financial health over the past. Below, I've touched on some key aspects you should know on a high level. For those interested in digging a bit deeper into my commentary, read the full report on Chubb here.
Established dividend payer with adequate balance sheet
With a debt-to-equity ratio of 31%, CB’s debt level is reasonable. This implies that CB has a healthy balance between taking advantage of low cost debt funding as well as sufficient financial flexibility without succumbing to the strict terms of debt. CB seems to have put its debt to good use, generating operating cash levels of 0.35x total debt in the most recent year. This is also a good indication as to whether debt is properly covered by the company’s cash flows.
Income investors would also be happy to know that CB is a great dividend company, with a current yield standing at 2.0%. CB has also been regularly increasing its dividend payments to shareholders over the past decade.

When was the last time that Tesla delivered on its promises? Lets go through the list! The last successful would be the Tesla Model 3 which was 2019 with first deliveries 2017. Roadster not shipped. Tesla Cybertruck global roll out failed. They might have a bunch of prototypes (that are being controlled remotely) And you think they'll be able to ship something as complicated as a robot? It's a pure speculation buy.
This article completely disregards (ignores, forgets) how far China is in this field. If Tesla continues on this path, they will be fighting for their lives trying to sell $40000 dollar robots that can do less than a $10000 dollar one from China will do. Fair value of Tesla? It has always been a hype stock with a valuation completely unbased in reality. Your guess is as good as mine, but especially after the carbon credit scheme got canned, it is downwards of $150.
