A cash consideration of KRW 8 billion will be paid by the buyer. As part of consideration, KRW 8 billion is paid towards assets of Mapletree Logistics Centre – Yeoju in South Korea. The expected completion of the transaction is by second quarter of the fiscal year 2025/ 2026.

공지 • Apr 24Mapletree Logistics Trust Announces Distribution for the Fourth Quarter Period from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025, Payable on 13 June 2025NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Books and Register of Unitholders of Mapletree Logistics Trust ("MLT") will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 2 May 2025 for the purpose of determining unitholders' entitlements to MLT's distribution. Unitholders will receive a total of 1.955 Singapore cents per unit in MLT ("Unit") for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025 (the "4Q FY24/25 Distribution"). The fourth quarter of financial year 24/25 Distribution of 1.955 Singapore cents per Unit comprises a taxable income component of 0.539 Singapore cent per Unit, a tax- exempt income component of 0.932 Singapore cent per Unit and a capital component of 0.484 Singapore cent per Unit.
