ESR-REIT Announces Cash Dividend/ Distribution, Payable on or Around March 14, 2025 ESR-REIT announced that 0.275 cents per Unit for the Units trading under the main ESR-REIT counter for the period from 11 November 2024 to 31 December 2024 1, comprising entirely of taxable income distribution; and 0.195 cents per Unit for the Consideration Units 2 trading under the temporary ESR-REIT A counter for the period from 29 November 2024 to 31 December 2024, comprising entirely of taxable income distribution. Based on the above Record Date of 5 February 2025, the last day of "cum-distribution" trading is 3 February 2025 and the first day of "ex-distribution" trading is 4 February 2025. In this regard, the Units trading under the main ESR-REIT counter and the Consideration Units trading under the temporary ESR-REIT A counter will be aggregated and traded under the existing ESR-REIT main stock counter on 6 February 2025. ESR-LOGOS REIT Announces Changes to Board of Directors ESR-LOGOS REIT announced the following change to its Board of Directors (the "Board"). The following change to the Board is effective from 8 November 2023: Appointment of Mr. Shen Jinchu, Jeffrey as Non-Executive Director and he will also be a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee ("NRC") and the Investment Committee ("IC"). Mr. Shen, 50, is currently the Executive Director, Group Co-founder and Co- Chief Executive Officer of ESR Group, E-LOG's sponsor, and is responsible for overseeing ESR Group's overall operations and business development, leading regional growth strategies, and expanding ESR Group's asset and fund management platforms. Mr. Shen has over 23 years of industrial real estate experience in logistics development and investments in China. Prior to co-founding ESR Group in June 2011, he was Senior Vice President at GLP Investment Management (China) Co. Ltd. (formerly Prologis China) from January 2004 to September 2010, overseeing the Eastern China area. Mr. Shen was the Deputy Director of DTZ Debenham Tie Leung International Property Advisers from June 2001 to December 2003. Previously, he was the Assistant General Manager for marketing at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Xin Development Co. Ltd. from July 1995 to November 2000. Following the abovementioned change, the Board of ESR-LOGOS Funds Management (S) Limited willcomprise ten directors, of whom five are independent directors.
