Patricia Lei S. Alvarillo, Department Head of Retail Accounts under the Trust & Investments Group, manages end-to-end trust transactions across retail channels and drives enterprise-wide growth initiatives, bringing 13 years of service and academic credentials in Psychology and Business Management from De La Salle University. Jose Joel S. Andres, Head of Fraud Management under the Consumer Banking Group, leads enterprise fraud operations, analytics, and prevention strategies, contributing to institutional protection with 14 years of experience and a degree in Economics from Colegio de San Juan de Letran. Stanley A. Ang, Head of Support Services under BDO Securities Corporation, oversees trade servicing and settlement operations across equities, fixed income, and funds in both domestic and offshore markets, supported by nearly 12 years of service and expertise in Mathematics and Computational Finance from De La Salle University. Edwin L.
