A cash consideration of MYR 21.9 million valued at MYR 0.6478 per share will be paid by Batu Kawan Berhad. In a related transaction, Batu Kawan Berhad entered into an Unconditional share sale agreements to acquire 29.60% stake in MKH Berhad (KLSE:MKH) from Chen Choy & Sons Realty Sdn Bhd for MYR 340 million.
