Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited Announces Change of Chief Financial Officer, with Effect from 29 May 2026 The Board of Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited announced that, due to her personal arrangements, Ms. XIAO Zhimiao has tendered her resignation as the CFO with effect from 29 May 2026. Ms. XIAO confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board, and that there are no matters in relation to her resignation as the CFO that need to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and the Shareholders. The Board also hereby announced that Ms. HUANG Bingqi will assume the role as the CFO with effect from 29 May 2026. Ms. HUANG, aged 43, joined the Group in January 2026 as the head of finance of the Overseas Business Department.
