The transaction relates primarily to the space and technology sector, the Commission said. The regulator concluded that the planned acquisition will not raise competition concerns as the two companies are not active in the same or related markets. Upon completion of the deal, OHB will be delisted from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Ingo Kramer was re-elected for a further term of appointment; at the Supervisory Board meeting held immediately after the Annual General Meeting, he was elected Deputy Chairman of this body. The Supervisory Board and Management Board announced a further personnel development at annual general meeting: Dr. Markus Moeller was appointed as an additional member of OHB SE's Management Board with effect from July 1, 2023.
