He has strong working relationships with some of the largest Local Authorities and Housing Associations nationwide. Adam joined Countryside Partnerships in 2016, helping to establish new regions and grow the business, taking on his first senior leadership role in 2019. Since then, Adam has undertaken a variety of leadership roles with responsibility for large areas of the Vistry business across the country. Rob will succeed Greg Fitzgerald, who will step down from the role of Executive Chair at the AGM. Rob Woodward has served as Non-Executive Senior Independent Director of the Company and Chair of the Nomination Committee since joining the Board in May 2024 following a robust search process. Rob was appointed to undertake an enhanced role providing clear and detailed oversight on governance matters, while also engaging with investors and other stakeholders, to lead on the recruitment of new Non-Executive Directors and to oversee the CEO succession process. Rob has extensive experience across both the public and private sectors. In particular, he has longstanding experience of FTSE businesses, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer of STV Group plc for over ten years, and he is currently the Chair of Ebiquity plc. His appointment as Chair of Vistry will provide important strategic continuity, notably relating to the partnerships model, and represents an effective transition of the leadership of the Board. In line with UK Corporate Governance Code recommendations, from 13 May 2026 Rob will retire as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee but retain the role of Chair of the Nomination Committee. The Board considers that Rob will be independent on appointment as Chair for the purposes of the UK Corporate Governance Code. 공지 • Mar 18Vistry Group PLC Announces Board and Committee Changes, Effective 13 May 2026Vistry Group PLC announced the appointment of Rob Woodward CBE as Non-Executive Chair of the Board, with effect from the conclusion of the AGM on 13 May 2026. Rob will succeed Greg Fitzgerald, who will step down from the role of Executive Chair at the AGM. Rob Woodward has served as Non-Executive Senior Independent Director of the Company and Chair of the Nomination Committee since joining the Board in May 2024 following a robust search process. Rob was appointed to undertake an enhanced role providing clear and detailed oversight on governance matters, while also engaging with investors and other stakeholders, to lead on the recruitment of new Non-Executive Directors and to oversee the CEO succession process. Rob has extensive experience across both the public and private sectors. In particular, he has longstanding experience of FTSE businesses, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer of STV Group plc for over ten years, and he is currently the Chair of Ebiquity plc. His appointment as Chair of Vistry will provide important strategic continuity, notably relating to the partnerships model, and represents an effective transition of the leadership of the Board. In line with UK Corporate Governance Code recommendations, from 13 May 2026 Rob will retire as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee but retain the role of Chair of the Nomination Committee. The Board considers that Rob will be independent on appointment as Chair for the purposes of the UK Corporate Governance Code. The Board is also pleased to appoint Rowan Baker as Senior Independent Director with effect from the conclusion of the AGM on 13 May 2026, with a division of responsibilities put in place to reflect the conventional duties of a non-executive chair and senior independent director. Rowan has been a Non-Executive Director since May 2022 and will remain Chair of the Audit Committee.
