Vossloh AG (XTRA:VOS) reached an agreement to acquire Cordel Group Plc (AIM:CRDL) for £26.9 million. Vossloh AG (XTRA:VOS) reached an agreement to acquire Cordel Group Plc (AIM:CRDL) for £26.9 million on May 13, 2026. A cash consideration valued at £0.124 per share will be paid by Vossloh AG. As part of consideration, £26.9 million is paid towards common equity of Cordel Group Plc.
