It is more volatile than 75% of Australian stocks, typically moving 12% a week. This is considered a minor risk. Share price volatility indicates the stock is highly sensitive to market conditions or economic conditions rather than being sensitive to its own business performance, which may also be inconsistent. It also increases the risk of potential losses in the short term as the stock tends to have larger drops in price more frequently than other stocks. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Earnings have declined by 18% per year over the past 5 years. Revenue is less than US$1m (AU$172k revenue, or US$104k). Minor Risks Share price has been volatile over the past 3 months (12% average weekly change). (CUF) and Emmerson Resources Ltd. (ERM) ("the Companies" & "the Alliance") provided an update on the Alliance activities in Tennant Creek, Barkly Region, Northern Territory. Since formation of the Alliance in October 2024, the Companies have been collaborating to evaluate the viability of a multi-user facility for processing of copper-gold-critical mineral resources from the Companies tenure in the region. The stated objectives of the Alliance includes, the joint evaluation by completion of a scoping study, to be followed by a pre- feasibility study (PFS), of processing options including a multi-user facility based in the Tennant Creek region. The Alliance technical teams have been active, with the following activities underway and/or complete using a combination of in-house technical teams and external consultants. The work streams include; Resource updates for: CUF- Orlando and Gecko deposits. Initial mineralisation models of: Bluebird deposit (TMS). Hermitage and Jasper Hills deposits (ERM). Option analysis for process plant location. Underground and open pit optimisations, mine design and scheduling. Consolidation of shared resources across the assets to reduce both operational and capital costs Current gold and copper prices, as well as rises in the price of the critical minerals including bismuth and cobalt, combined with global demand trends, strongly support the ongoing evaluation of a shared processing facility model. The "stronger together" concept behind the Alliance is expected to allow the re-establishment of copper mining and processing in the region. This will be of immediate benefit to the Alliance stakeholders, the Barkly region and the Northern Territory. The Alliance reported that it has recently received a letter of support for its activities from the Mines Minister of the Northern Territory. The letter from Minister Maley indicates the Northern Territory Government's understanding of the potential of the project for delivering economic benefits to the region and to Australia.공지 • Mar 22Patronus Resources Limited (ASX:PTN) acquired 7.73% stake in Emmerson Resources Limited (ASX:ERM) for AUD 5.41 million.Patronus Resources Limited (ASX:PTN) acquired 7.73% stake in Emmerson Resources Limited (ASX:ERM) for AUD 5.41 million on March 21, 2025. Increase in shares outstanding: 17% This is considered a minor risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Earnings have declined by 23% per year over the past 5 years. Revenue is less than US$1m (AU$137k revenue, or US$85k). Minor Risks Shareholders have been diluted in the past year (17% increase in shares outstanding). This is considered a major risk. Ultimately, shareholders want to see a good return on their investment and that generally comes from sharing in the company's profits. If profits are declining over an extended period, then in most cases the share price will decline over time unless the company can turn around its fortunes. A trend of falling earnings can be very difficult to turn around. If the company is well already established it may also be a sign the company has matured and is in decline. In addition, if the company pays dividends it will also likely need to reduce or cut them, striking a dual blow to total shareholder returns. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Less than 1 year of cash runway based on free cash flow trend (-AU$3.2m free cash flow). Earnings have declined by 20% per year over the past 5 years. Revenue is less than US$1m (AU$141k revenue, or US$93k). Emmerson's Kiola project is ranked as high-priority within our early-stage gold-copper projects in the NSW portfolio and is centred on the 15km2 Kiola Geochemical Zone (KGZ). It encompasses favourable Ordovician age rocks that display anomalously high gold and copper geochemistry plus historic workings. Recent work has confirmed that the KGZ contains many attributes of world class porphyry gold-copper mineralisation and is divided into a northern area centred on the Nasdaq skarn and southern area around the South Pole, Kiola and Right Hand Creek mine. Emmerson's multifaceted field program has included soil and rock chip geochemistry, with rock chip samples up to 19.6g/t gold and 2.16% copper. It has also utilised aspects of the Australian Research Council (ARC) Linkage project such as "green rock alteration" and age dating to refine the subsurface 3D model and provide vectors to the core of the copper and gold mineralisation. This has provided the framework for linking the surface geology and mineralisation within the 15km2 KGZ to a unifying model at depth. This large geophysical survey which also incorporates the reinterpretation of an existing VTEM survey (Versatile Time Domain Electromagnetic), was a significant investment which has produced some very exciting results. The copper and gold prospects at the surface are now interpretated as part of a much larger, potentially mineralised system that stretches over 5km from the Nasdaq skarn in the north to the Yards prospect in the south. Shallow historic drilling in this area has intersected copper and gold (KRC014: 6m at 0.2g/t gold from 36m and 24m at 0.16% copper from 16m) in a shallow reverse circulation drill hole. Drill hole (KProp1) will test a large, very strong, depth extensive chargeable and conductive zone that includes a VTEM anomaly at the surface. Whilst the proposed depth is 850m, the hole may be extended based on intersecting favourable geology and mineralisation. Keeping in mind that these porphyry copper-gold systems can be mined economically well below 1km from the surface - providing they are of the appropriate scale and grade. This is a new target that has seen no previous drilling and has very limited surface outcrop. It consists of a depth extensive, very large chargeable anomaly, that sits ~500m SW of the Dolly's North magnetic anomaly and adjacent to a deeper 3D magnetic model.공지 • Dec 13Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Bonanza Gold from an Emerging New Ore Zone At Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited announced Bonanza Gold from an emerging new ore zone at Tennant Creek. Key highlights include: New assay results from RC drill holes at Golden Forty include: 28m at 28.3g/t gold in drill hole GFRC063 (from 141m) in a significant down plunge extension to the north of the existing underground mine workings. The intercept includes: 9m at 84.6g/t gold and 1.14% bismuth from 145m; 4m at 109g/t gold and 2.08% bismuth; 3m at 8g/t gold in GFRC061 (from 132m) including: 1m at 16.2g/t gold from 133m; 21m at 1.9g/t gold in GFRC065 (from 140m) including: 4m at 6.8g/t gold from 140m. A further thick zone of hematite - magnetite - chlorite alteration, the typical host to high-grade gold mineralization was intersected a further 15m down plunge of GFRC063 with assays pending. This follows previous results within the Golden Forty ore zone of: 6m at 41.2g/t gold in GFRC060 (from 120m) including: 4m at 60.6g/t gold and 1m at 203g/t gold; 35m at 1.8g/t gold in GFRC058 (from 69m) including: 13m at 4.1 g/t gold and 0.62% bismuth and 1m at 41.4g/t gold and 7.08% bismuth; 30m at 1.1g/t gold in GRFC059 (from 87m) including: 3m at 4g/t gold and 2m at 4.5g/t gold and 0.23% bismuth. Assay results from the remainder of the 18 drill holes are expected in January - February 2023, including the results from diamond drilling.분석 기사 • Nov 18Emmerson Resources Limited's (ASX:ERM) CEO Might Not Expect Shareholders To Be So Generous This YearShareholders will probably not be too impressed with the underwhelming results at Emmerson Resources Limited ( ASX:ERM...공지 • Nov 18Emmerson Resources Limited Provides Operational UpdateEmmerson Resources Limited announced the Golden Forty (G40) project is within the 100% Emmerson owned Southern Project Area (SPA) where JV partner TCMG are earning an interest by funding the exploration. These first three drill results from the 26-hole program confirm the high-grade gold mineralisation at the historic Golden Forty mine extend to the north, where it is hosted in the G40N ironstone. The results add to the potential for increasing the gold inventory and for shallow open pit mining given the mineralisation is shallow and remains open up-plunge to the south. The Phase 1 drilling at G40 is now complete and consisted of 20 RC and six diamond drill holes, totaling 4,455m. All drill holes intersected magnetite-hematite ironstones which are typically the host to the mineralisation. Whilst the thickness of ironstone was variable, some intersections exceeded what has historically been intersected in the G40 mine. Subject to receiving the assay results, this may indicate further extensions of the mineralising envelope. All RC samples have been dispatched to the laboratory with next results expected in late December 2022. The diamond drill holes, two of which were drilled at G40E as part of the collaborative funding with the NTGS (under the NT Government Resourcing the Territory initiative) are being processed this week, with assay results expected in February 2023. In addition, work is underway with the CSIRO on refining the processing of the drone magnetics to better pinpoint potential targets at Golden Forty South where the magnetic anomaly associated with the G40 Mine continues to the south but to date remains unexplained by the historic drilling. This project has been awarded co-funding by the NTGS through the Geophysics and Drilling Collaboration and is pivotal to future drill testing of what is one of the larger magnetic anomalies in the Tennant Creek Mineral Field. The historic Golden Forty Mine briefly commenced operations in 1938, however it was not until 1969 that the mine operated as a productive underground operation. Mining was via a vertical shaft to a depth of 150m and from cross-cut development and open-hole stoping on four east-west levels. Production ceased abruptly when failing ground conditions and increased water ingress prevented the safe extraction of ore. The mine was decommissioned in 1983 due to these issues not due to a lack of ore nor declining grades. The Golden Forty Mine produced 144,056 tonnes of ore at a recovered head grade of 11.9g/t gold between 1969 and 1983.공지 • Nov 11Emmerson Resources Limited Commences Drilling to Test New Copper-Gold Targets in Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited announced New targets generated from the recent 10,000-line km high resolution drone aeromagnetics flown across the Southern Project area (SPA). New drone technology, combined with innovative data processing and structural interpretation, has provided new insights and vectors to the ironstones that typically host the high-grade gold mineralisation. Initial 1,700m Reverse Circulation drill program will test the newly identified Traminer and Analytic targets located along strike from the high-grade Chariot gold mine and TC8 copper mine. Further drilling of a portfolio of similarly generated projects to continue next year after the Northern wet season. Program operated and managed by Emmerson and funded as part of the $5.0 million earn-in to the SPA by Joint Venture (JV) partner Tennant Consolidated Mining Group (TCMG). Downhole magnetic survey to commence at Emmerson's 100%-owned Hermitage copper-gold discovery at Tennant Creek late this month. The Analytic and Traminer projects are located within the SPA where JV partner Tennant Consolidated Mining Group (TCMG) is earning an interest by funding the exploration program. The new high-resolution drone magnetic data has been processed to enable refinement of drill targets that indicate untested ironstones, which are the typical host to the high-grade gold and copper mineralisation. An initial 1,700m, six drill hole program is underway to test these new geophysical and geological models, with results to inform future drilling. Several historical holes at Analytic 1 attest to the potential for mineralisation, in particular ANRC001 which intersected 24m at 6.3g/t gold from 246m including 3m at 48.3g/t gold and ANRC004 which intersected 3m at 7.76g/t gold from 225m. Similarly, at the Traminer West and East projects anomalous gold and copper in surrounding historic drill holes indicates untested potential. These new targets occur along a major, east-west trending corridor of mines that has historically been referred to as the "Wine Line". To the west, the corridor hosts the high-grade Chariot and Malbec gold mines, and to the east the TC8 gold-copper mine. Drilling is anticipated to be completed in December 2022, with assay results likely available in February 2023. Initial drill testing of further drone generated targets will occur throughout 2023, with the aim of refining exploration vectors and ranking criteria. Separately, a downhole magnetic survey will be completed at Emmerson's 100%-owned Hermitage copper-gold discovery, following the completion of the successful Phase 2 drill program. The outcomes of the survey will help refine targeting for the planned Phase 3 program in early 2023.분석 기사 • Nov 03Here's Why We're Not Too Worried About Emmerson Resources' (ASX:ERM) Cash Burn SituationJust because a business does not make any money, does not mean that the stock will go down. The Golden Forty project is within the 100% Emmerson owned Southern Project Area where its JV partner TCMG is earning an interest by funding the exploration. There are several drill targets in the vicinity of the historic Golden Forty Mine that have not seen modern exploration, and now with the completion of the high-resolution drone magnetic survey, Emmerson has identified several potential extensions to the mineralization. These include drilling to convert the historic Golden Forty remnants to a JORC-compliant estimate, extensions to the mineralization along strike at Golden Forty East, and some work with the CSIRO on refining the processing of the drone magnetics to better pinpoint potential targets at Golden Forty South. This latter project has potential to add significant value across the entire Tennant Creek Mineral Field and has been awarded co-funding with the NTGS through the Geophysics and Drilling Collaboration. The historic Golden Forty Mine briefly commenced operations in 1938, however it was not until 1969 that the mine operated as a productive underground operation. Mining was via a vertical shaft to a depth of 150m and via cross-cut development and open-hole stoping on four east-west levels. Production ceased abruptly when failing ground conditions and increased water ingress prevented the safe extraction of ore. The mine was decommissioned in 1983 due to these issues not due to a lack of ore nor declining grades. The Golden Forty Mine produced 144,056 tonnes of ore at a recovered head grade of 11.9g/t gold between 1969 and 1983. A total of twenty-two holes with a combined total depth of approximately 4,000m will drill test the Golden Forty area. The first diamond hole has commenced at the Golden Forty East prospect and intersected ironstone which is the typical host to the mineralization. The drilling program is anticipated to be completed in late October 2022.공지 • Aug 17Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Further High-Grade Copper-Gold Intersected at HermitageEmmerson Resources Limited announced that Assay results from Phase 2 diamond and reverse circulation (RC) drilling support the emerging Hermitage copper-gold discoveryat Emmerson's 100%-owned project area at Tennant Creek. Hermitage is one of a cluster of 100% Emmerson owned prospects where the application of new exploration technologiesare unlocking new discoveries. This Phase 2 drill program not only builds on the previous high-grade results but also expands the potential down plunge beneath the fault where copper has been intersected outside of the ironstones. A hall mark of the Tennant Creek ore bodies is the correlation of elevated metal grades with magnetite-hematite ironstones, thus future drilling will focus on pinpointing continuation of the central ironstone beneath the fault. The preliminary geological model at Hermitage consists of tabular to pipelike breccias within ironstones that plunge steeply to the north and continue below the post mineral fault. Whilst the dimensions have yet to be fully ascertained as new zones of ironstonecontinue to be intersected, the horizontal footprint is on scale with many of the major Tennant Creek orebodies. The metal zonation within the central brecciated pipe suggests the grades of copper, gold and bismuth are increasing with depth. Historically the Tennant Creek Mineral Field (TCMF) has a record of producing high grade bismuth however it is only recently that this metal has been recognised as a battery metal with green credentials. China refines about 90% of the world's bismuth and is the world's largest consumer. Bismuth is classified as a critical metal on the British Geological Survey and Geoscience Australia register and is considered a "green "substitute for lead. New uses for bismuth include superconductors, display screens, lithium iron batteries, permanent magnets, the nuclear power industry, Maglev trains and 3D printing. Prior to Emmerson, the Hermitage project has not seen any systematic modern exploration with the last campaign ending in the 1990s. The project consists of a cluster of 100% Emmerson owned prospects that include North Star, Jasper Hills, Katherine Star and Northern Star in Mining Lease (ML) 30177 along with Edna Beryl, Thrace, and Macedon in ML705. These prospects occur within a broad gravity corridor that consist of denser, hematitic shales and jasper which host high-grade copper, gold, and cobalt mineralisation within magnetite-hematite ironstones. From previous seismic surveys, this gravity corridor likely corresponds to a deep (+10km), north verging thrust fault a similar structural setting to the other large deposits in the TCMF. The Phase 2 drilling results have greatly enhanced the ranking and potential for economic gold, copper, cobalt, and bismuth mineralisation across the Northern Project Area, particularly within this northern gravity ridge. A high-resolution drone aeromagnetic survey is currently underway over the NPA and is anticipated that the results will assist in pinpointing further such styles of high-grade copper-gold-cobalt and bismuth mineralisation.공지 • Jun 14Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Visual Gold and Copper Intersected in Drilling at Hermitage in Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited announced that Hermitage is one of a cluster of prospects that occurs within the northern corridor at Tennant Creek on 100% Emmerson owned tenements. The Hermitage, North Star, Jasper Hills, Katherine Star and Northern Star prospects are located in mining lease (ML) 30177 and the Edna Beryl, Thrace and Macedon prospects are located in ML 705. These prospects occur along the northern gravity corridor, within denser, hematitic shales, jasper, and ironstones which are the typical host to the high-grade mineralization. This area has seen little modern exploration and some areas have restricted access. Discovery RC drill hole HERC003 (the Phase 1 drill program) intersected 116m at 3.4% copper and 0.88g/t gold. Follow up Phase 2 diamond drilling has extended this discovery hole a further 0.5m, intersecting massive hematite- magnetite ironstone with blebs of chalcopyrite (up to 2% of volume) before encountering broken ground likely associated with a late fault (ASX: 10 May 2022). This hole was eventually abandoned due to drilling difficulties. Drill hole HERCDD005 (Phase 2 program) intersected a previously unknown ironstone that contains a 38m interval of mineralization consisting of malachite, native copper, and chalcopyrite ± bornite(?) (ASX: 10 May 2022). This mineralization occurs 38m down the drill hole and has been dispatched for assay with expected results in July 2022. The most recent diamond drill hole HERCDD010 was an angled (-73 degree) scissor hole designed to test beneath the post mineral fault that was encountered in HERC003 and HERCDD005. Significantly, it has revealed that the upper copper zone grades to disseminated gold hosted in massive and brecciated hematite-magnetite-quartz before encountering the fault/shear zone from 171m to 180m (down the drill hole). Beneath the fault, this is followed by an 11m wide zone of quartz-dolomite-hematite hydrothermal breccia that hosts chalcopyrite as both blebs and matrix fill (up to 2% volume). Then a new style of mineralization consisting of stockwork, chalcopyrite-bornite quartz veins (up to 2% volume) and fractures that gradually grade out to minor blebs/specks of chalcopyrite at 222m (down the hole). All visual volume percentage estimates are approximate only and accurate values will be reported once assay results are returned from the laboratory. First assay results from Hermitage are expected in July 2022. Other drill holes now completed in phase 2 drilling include: HERCDD006 which intersected hematite-jasper-quartz ironstone from 127m to 184m (downhole) with visible malachite and native copper in the oxide zone and chalcopyrite blebs/stringers at depth; HERC008 intersected ironstone from 53 to 103m (down the hole) with visible malachite grading to chalcopyrite; HERC009 intersected the main ironstone at 96m and traversed vuggy hematite and jasper-hematite with malachite blebs until the hole was terminated due to drilling difficulties at 137m; HERC011 intersected the main ironstone from 70m to 131m (down the hole) with malachite blebs from 70m-75m; and HERC012 intersected the main ironstone from 88m to 137m with visible disseminated blebs of malachite and chalcopyrite indicating the mineralization and ironstone is still open to the east. The faults encountered in this drilling are common across the Tennant Creek Mineral Field and are likely post mineral thrust faults as seen at the nearby North Star and Jasper Hills projects. Typically, they have relatively small displacements and the ironstones and mineralization continue at depth, which has now been confirmed in drill hole HERCDD010. The mineralization encountered to date is hosted in multiple, east-west striking, structurally controlled, ironstone (hematite-magnetite) bodies that are steeply north plunging and remain open in all directions. Their tabular to pipelike geometry constrains their surface (horizontal) footprint, with the grades and likely plunge extent the subject of the pending assay results and further drilling. Noting that some of the major historical deposits in the Tennant Creek Mineral Field had similar surface/plan dimensions as Hermitage, with the largest being Warrego (1.5moz gold and 173,000t copper) where the host ironstone had dimensions in plan view of approximately 200m by 50m, and a plunge of +600m.공지 • Jun 11Emmerson Resources Limited Receives NTGS Co-Funding Collaboration Grants for Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited has been successfully awarded co-funding grants through the Geophysics and Drilling Collaborations (GDC) program administered by the Northern Territory Geological Survey (NTGS). The GDC is a competitive grants program funded by the Northern Territory (NT) Government's $9.5 million per annum Resourcing the Territory initiative. The program will allocate up to $3 million to co-fund projects that address geoscientific knowledge gaps, advance exploration activity, and support the discovery and development of resources in the Territory Emmerson took part in the Round 15 Geophysics and Drilling Collaborations program, with three submissions successfully made and awarded for the Golden Forty South Brownfields Remanence and Petrophysics Targeting, Golden Forty East Brownfields Diamond Drilling and High-Definition Magnetic Drone Survey Brownfields Targeting. Emmerson's recent discovery drill hole at Hermitage (116m at 3.4% copper and 0.88g/t gold in drill hole HERC003) (ASX: 28 March 2022) is testament to the potential of applying new technology and ideas to reinvigorate discovery across the Tennant Creek Mineral Field (TCMF). All three high impact programs will get underway shortly and be of direct benefit to advancing its understanding of these high-grade gold-copper-cobalt, iron-oxide deposits. Golden Forty South (G40S) targeting gold mineralisation in the vicinity of a large and unexplained magnetic anomaly: This project will focus on enhancing its target detection and data processing methodologies. G40S is associated with one of the largest and intense magnetic anomalies in the TCMF (second only to the magnetic anomaly associated with the historic high grade gold, White Devil Mine). The aim of this project is to collaborate with the best research and industry practitioners to refine its high resolution drone aeromagnetics, enabling more precise definition of the source of the G40S magnetic anomaly. Given there has been some high grade gold intersected in the general vicinity, The company anticipates that the source of the magnetic anomaly relates to a yet to be intersected, gold bearing magnetite ironstone. If successful, this will have economic implications given the nearby G40 mine (historical production of 57,000oz at 12g/t gold) is also the subject of further drilling and future resource estimations. Golden Forty East (G40E) targeting extensions to the gold mineralisation at the G40 mine: The G40E target is associated with minor surface prospecting and mining, and is within the same structural corridor as the G40 mine. Two diamond drill holes are planned to test for alteration and further mineralisation hosted by magnetite-hematite ironstones within the G40 fold closure. High Definition aeromagnetic drone survey aimed at better defining magnetite-hematite ironstones associated with gold-copper and cobalt: Three mineralized corridors in the TCMF will be flown with the drone survey including the Hermitage prospect in the northern project area. Emmerson is currently drilling the Hermitage project, where the discovery drill hole HERC003 intersected 116m at 3.4% copper and 0.88g/t gold. Hermitage is one of a cluster of prospects that occurs within the northern gravity corridor and where the source of these anomalies is the relatively dense, hematite shales and jasper that can mask the more subtle hematite ironstones. The aim of flying high resolution drone magnetics is twofold to enhance its predictive capability through refining the structural interpretation and to detect discrete magnetic anomalies associated with the predominantly hematite associated ironstones. These ironstones have been shown to host high grades of gold, copper, and cobalt mineralisation and, because of their subdued signature, have seen little previous exploration.공지 • Apr 14Emmerson Resources Limited announced that it expects to receive AUD 5 million in fundingEmmerson Resources Limited announced a private placement of 43,478,261 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of AUD 0.115 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 5,000,000.015 on April 13, 2022. The MRE is an important part of the mining studies being undertaken by JV partner TCMG and provides a further boost to the previously announced Chariot MRE with a view to commencing future mining and processing. A total of 28,974 ounces of gold have been estimated and classified as Indicated and Inferred under the JORC 2012 Code. The MRE is reported above a 0.5g/t gold cut-off grade and above the 190mRL (within 140m of surface). In 2021, TCMG engaged Optiro, (as part of TCMG's obligations under the Small Mines Joint Venture with Emmerson) to complete an MRE on the Mauretania gold prospect. This scope of work included geologically modelling the ironstone and the surrounding, gold-bearing chlorite alteration halo incorporating all results from Emmerson drilling. The Mauretania orebody remains open and poorly explored at depth. For instance, the recently announced intersection from MTDD010 of 3.95m at 57g/t gold and 0.23% copper from 207m sits 70m below the base of the currently reported MRE. The recent results from the high-resolution drone geophysical survey also indicates that the host ironstone continues at depth. The Mauretania MRE is reported in accordance with the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves, 2012 (JORC Code) and the Australian Securities Exchange Listing Rules. Highlights: Shallow, high grade maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the Mauretania gold deposit at Tennant Creek: 256,216t at 3.5g/t Au for 28,974oz Au Emmerson is entitled to a free carried 6% gold revenue royalty at Mauretania. Mauretania resource remains open and unexplored at depth. Significant scope exists to increase the resource with further drilling: Drill hole MTDD010 returned a bonanza intercept 70m below this reported resource of 3.95m at 57g/t gold and 0.23% copper from 207m. Preliminary high-resolution magnetic drone survey results indicate the host ironstone unit to continue at depth. Joint Venture partner, Tennant Consolidated Mining Group (TCMG) is undertaking advanced studies across several future mines including Mauretania and the recently announced Chariot MRE, ahead of finalising mining and production schedules within the Joint Venture areas.공지 • Mar 28Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Phase 2 Diamond and Reverse Circulation Drilling Program Is About to Commence At Hermitage Project At Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited announced that Phase 2 diamond and reverse circulation (RC) drilling program is about to commence at Emmerson's 100% owned Hermitage project at Tennant Creek. Hermitage is one of a cluster of 100% Emmerson owned prospects that include North Star, Jasper Hills, Katherine Star and Northern Star in Mining Lease (ML) 30177 along with Edna Beryl, Thrace, and Macedon in ML 705. These prospects occur within a broad gravity corridor that consist of denser, haematitic shales and jasper which host high grade copper, gold, and cobalt mineralisation within magnetite-hematite ironstones. From previous seismic surveys, this gravity corridor likely corresponds to a deep (+10km), north verging thrust fault - a similar structural setting to the other large deposits in the Tennant Creek Mineral Field (TCMF). The Phase 1 drilling results have greatly enhanced the ranking and potential for economic gold, copper, and cobalt mineralization across the Northern Project Area, particularly within this northern gravity ridge. The dimensions of the breccia and true thickness of the mineralisation at Hermitage is currently unknown and will be more effectively tested with the Phase 2 drill program. A minimum 1,700m of drilling is planned from up to 10 holes, spaced to systematically step out from the core of the mineralization. This program can be extended based on the visual results and presence of three distinct zones of copper mineralisation. Consisting of a shallow, mainly malachite zone that grades into native copper at the base of oxidation, then into the deeper primary zone of chalcopyrite mineralisation. The high-grade gold cannot be visually observed due to its fine-grained nature; however, it is broadly associated with the deeper primary zone and is increasing in grade with depth. Assay results from the full suite of pathfinder elements are still outstanding, although it appears that high grade cobalt and bismuth occur on the periphery of the breccia complex. Hermitage has not seen any systematic, modern exploration with the last exploration efforts ending in the 1990s. This next phase of exploration is underpinned by leading edge technology and is aimed at establishing the extent of the host ironstone and mineralisation. Emmerson are deploying a number of techniques to maximise the data generated from this program, including utilising inhouse downhole magnetic probe to define "near miss" opportunities, plus alteration, trace element and ironstone fertility studies that will assist with vectoring to the core of the mineralisation. An RC drill program at Edna Beryl was completed late in 2021 before the onset of the wet season and was aimed at testing for continuity of the high-grade gold in the shallow oxide zone between the Edna Beryl Mine and prospectors' shaft at Edna Beryl West (ASX: 14 October 2021). The best results from this program came from the Edna Beryl North ironstone and included 3m at 0.57g/t gold and 0.18% copper from 150m (drill hole EBRC107). Whilst this program has established that the shallow high grade oxide zone does not appear to continue to Edna Beryl West, focus is back to the very high-grade intersections and mineralisation in the primary gold zone at Edna Beryl mine. The next program will also include evaluating the nearby prospects of Thrace (with historical intercept of 11m at 16.5g/t gold and 5m at 1.26% copper), Macedon and Carraman, particularly considering their association with a gravity anomaly and similarities to Hermitage and Jasper Hills. Following the conclusion of the wet season, the momentum of Emmerson's 2022 exploration and drilling program will increase over the coming months and include: Phase 2 drilling at Hermitage, Maiden JORC Resource estimate for the Mauretania, high grade, gold-oxide discovery (this resource will not include, the recently announced, deeper high grade primary mineralisation), Continued native title negotiations to facilitate drilling of the nearby Jasper Hills copper-gold-cobalt project, Generation of new projects in the Southern Project Area (the SPA is the subject of the Exploration Earn-In and Joint Venture (EEJV) with Tennant Consolidated Mining Group (TCMG)) utilising the recent high-resolution drone geophysical survey, Drilling for extensions and updating the resource model for the Golden Forty Mine and surrounds in the Southern Project Area (part of the EEJV with TCMG) and Further geophysical drone surveys across key areas of the Northern Project Area (part of the EEJV with TCMG).분석 기사 • Feb 16We're Not Very Worried About Emmerson Resources' (ASX:ERM) Cash Burn RateEven when a business is losing money, it's possible for shareholders to make money if they buy a good business at the...Board Change • Dec 31High number of new directorsIndependent Non-Executive Director Alan Tate was the last director to join the board, commencing their role in 2021.공지 • Dec 23Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Significant Upgrade to the Mineral Resource Estimate for the Chariot Gold Project At Tennant Creek, Northern TerritoryEmmerson Resources Limited advised of a significant upgrade to the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the Chariot Gold Project at Tennant Creek, Northern Territory. The MRE is an important part of the mining studies being undertaken by TCMG with a view to commencing future mining and processing. A total of 138,800 ounces of gold has been reported as a MRE is in compliance with the 2012 JORC Code and represents an increase of 40% from the previous underground estimate in November 2013. Chariot was originally discovered by Normandy Mining in 1998 and mined by Giants Reef Mining from 2003 to 2005 when the low gold price at the time coupled with corporate and mining issues led to premature closure Emmerson engaged independent consultant Optiro Pty Ltd. ("Optiro") in 2013 to provide a MRE based on selective mining of high-grade ore shoots. The selective mining method would necessitate leaving ore behind to support the rock mass, resulting in suboptimal extraction of the orebody. In 2021, TCMG engaged Optiro, (as part of TCMG's obligations under the Small Mines Joint Venture with Emmerson) to update the Chariot MRE. This scope of work included geologically remodelling the ironstone to include the surrounding, gold-bearing chlorite alteration halo and incorporating the results of the recent geotechnical relogging and optimisation studies. Importantly, geotechnical relogging and the change to bulk rather than selective underground mining methods resulted in the reclassification of some of the upper portions of the orebody that had previously been sterilised due to poor ground conditions. Furthermore, this new geological interpretation better captures the distribution of gold grades hosted within the chlorite altered Chariot Shear Zone and provides a more robust and continuous resource at depth. The Mineral Resource Estimate is reported above a 1.0 g/t gold cut-off grade above 180mRL (open pit scenario), and above a 2.0 g/t gold cut-off grade below 180mRL (underground scenario). The Chariot orebody remains open and poorly explored at depth, which provides an opportunity for future underground exploration with associated costs funded as part of the TCMG Small Mines Joint Venture with Emmerson.공지 • Dec 08Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Stunning 117M At 3.38% Copper Drill Hit At Hermitage ProjectEmmerson Resources Limited announced Stunning 117m at 3.38% copper drill hit at the Hermitage Project in Tennant Creek ends in mineralisation.Hermitage is one of a cluster of 100% Emmerson owned prospects on granted mining leases that occurs within the northern corridor at Tennant Creek. These prospects incorporate North Star, Jasper Hills, Katherine Star and Northern Star in mining lease (ML 30177) and, Edna Beryl, Thrace, and Macedon in ML 705. These prospects occur within the northern gravity corridor, consisting of denser, haematitic shales, jasper, and ironstones - the typical host to the mineralisation.Hermitage has not seen any systematic, modern exploration, with the last exploration efforts ending in the 1990's. This phase of Emmerson's exploration program, underpinned by leading edge targeting technology was aimed at establishing the thickness, grade, and potential for extensions to the historic mineralisation in HEGD12 of 9m at 12.8g/t gold from 176m and, HEGD05 of 23m at 4.84g/t gold and 3.7% copper from 203m. RC holes were drilled by Emmerson in this program, testing an area approximately 200m east-west but focussed on the concept of high-grade mineralisation hosted in sub-vertical, iron-oxide breccia pipes. Drill hole HERC003 intersected a zoned iron-oxide (ironstone) breccia that consists of hematite - jasper closer to the surface, and that grades to magnetite -hematite-chlorite at depth. The metal zonation reflects the interaction of both primary and supergene (oxidation) processes with malachite (copper carbonate - Photo 2) occurring from ~70m to 120m, a thick zone of native copper from 135 to 162m, before grading into primary chalcopyrite- quartz- chlorite at 180m to the end of the drill hole. Noting that the gold assay results from 135m to 162m (in HERC003) are still outstanding as additional samples were required by the assay laboratory. This hole was terminated in mineralisation due to encountering drilling difficulties. The dimensions of the breccia and true thickness of the mineralisation are currently unknown. Drill hole HERC002 is interpreted to be proximal to the breccia pipe in containing cobalt mineralisation and lower tenor copper, plus high-grade gold associated with strong chlorite alteration at depth. HERC001 with no significant mineralisation is likely distal to the breccia pipe, although there may be multiple such pipes within the larger magnetic anomaly. Still outstanding are assay results for HERC004, complete gold results from HERC003, and 1m sample splits of the 3m composites from all significant intercepts in HERC002 and HERC003. This drilling has greatly enhanced the ranking and potential for economic gold, copper, and cobalt mineralisation across the Northern Project Area, particularly within the northern gravity ridge that is host to several similar style iron-oxide copper-gold prospects. Diamond drilling will commence at Hermitage following the northern hemisphere wet season.분석 기사 • Oct 26We Think Emmerson Resources (ASX:ERM) Can Afford To Drive Business GrowthWe can readily understand why investors are attracted to unprofitable companies. Drill Target K-IP10: This is a new target that has seen no previous drilling and has very limited surface outcrop. It consists of a depth extensive, very large chargeable anomaly, that sits ~500m SW of the Dolly's North magnetic anomaly (Figure 5C) and adjacent to a deeper 3D magnetic model. The planned depth of drill hole KProp2 is 500m and aims to test sulphides peripheral to the interpreted magnetic, monzodiorite. Drill Targets K-IP12 and K-IP7 Seeking Copper Sulphides Linked to Dolly's North Intrusive Complex: Both of these drill holes aim to test well defined conductivity and chargeability anomalies adjacent to the Dolly's North intrusive complex. Drill holes KProp3 and KProp4 have proposed depths of 350m and 500m respectively and are aimed to test for the presence of sulphides lateral and within the 3D isosurface of the Dolly's magnetic anomaly.공지 • Jul 06Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Update from Mauretania DrillingEmmerson Resources Limited announces update from Mauretania Drilling. Mauretania is located within the Northern Project Area (NPA) of the Tennant Creek Mineral Field (TCMF), where historically drilling has been focussed on the shallow oxide mineralisation. Diamond drill hole MTDD010 was prematurely terminated last year at 106m due to the impending wet season. This drill hole has now been completed and is one of only three that have intersected the primary gold zone. The results together with intersections of similar primary mineralisation from diamond drill hole MTDD009: 8.8m at 3.44g/t gold from 181m including: 2m at 9.0g/t gold from 186m; plus, a further shallow high-grade copper zone of: 12m at 2.5% copper, 0.26g/t gold and 0.14% cobalt from 85m including: 2m at 4.1% copper from 90m and; 9.5m at 0.17g/t gold from 60m. are highly encouraging. Supporting the typical metal zonation in the TCMF of near surface bonanza style oxide gold, followed by copper at the base (or lateral) and primary gold below. The mineralisation in drill hole MTDD010 is some 100m below the oxide gold and copper zones, but within the footwall of a massive hematite +/- magnetite ironstone. It consists of 7m of brecciation and intense chlorite alteration with hematite and magnetite stringers. Thus, future exploration in the primary zone will be focussed on pinpointing these structurally controlled, brecciated, feeder conduits - where the mineralised fluids have been channelled into the chemically reactive ironstones. The remainder of the program at Mauretania was Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling, consisting of ten step out holes to establish the lateral extent of the upper oxide mineralisation, prior to finalising the design of the open pit. This program also consisted of geotechnical drilling that will feed into the final pit design. Mauretania is a greenfields discovery that recognised the association between high-grade gold, copper and hematite ironstones that had largely gone undetected prior to Emmerson's entry to the Tennant Creek Mineral Field in 2008. The hallmark of the Company's discoveries at Edna Beryl, Goanna, Monitor and now Mauretania include the exceptional grade of both copper and gold and their association with hematite dominant ironstones.공지 • May 25Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Outstanding High Grade Gold Results from Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited announced outstanding high grade gold results from Tennant Creek. Susan - an emerging high grade gold project: The historic Susan Mine is within Emmerson's southern project area and produced approximately 90,000ozs at 23.5g/t gold in 1959-1960, from shallow underground workings via a single shaft down to 42m below surface. Prior exploration by Emmerson recognised the potential of the greater Susan area based on structural and geophysical criteria in particular the correspondence between the magnetic signature of the Susan Mine and the various untested aeromagnetic anomalies in the district. High grade gold mineralisation at Susan occurs with sericite-hematite alteration at the contact of the magnetite ironstone. The complete set of assay results from this 2018 drilling now point to good potential for expanding the existing mineralisation as it remains open to the east and at depth below drill hole SS011. Furthermore, at the mine scale the geophysical (magnetic) anomalies are more extensive than the known high grade gold mineralisation, opening up the possibility of further extensions along strike from these recent drill results. Black Snake strong potential for a high grade mine: Black Snake has advanced to scoping level studies with permitting well advanced. Given its proximity to Golden Kangaroo East and the Three Thirty gold prospects, mining synergies from potential multiple ore sources will now need to be factored into this scoping study. The Black Snake mineralisation occurs within an ESE, subvertical shear zone, with gold occurring 30m below the surface, with widths of up to 8m and open in all directions. The mineralisation consists of quartz-hematite stringers within a hematite shale sequence and is atypical of the Tennant Creek Mineral Field, ironstone hosted gold mineralisation. This style of mineralisation remains largely untested in the TCMF and will be the subject of ongoing studies. Next Steps - Drilling in progress and advanced mining studies underway: Emmerson and new Joint Venture partner, Tennant Consolidated Mining Group are planning an increasingly drill intensive program over the five year earn-in period. Projects currently underway include: Drilling (now underway) at Mauretania to test for extensions and pre mining geotechnical drill holes; Drilling at West Gibbet to follow up historical intersection of 13m at 66.9g/t gold from 74m; Ultra High Resolution drone magnetic survey underway - to pinpoint new ironstones (the typical host to high grade gold mineralisation in the field); JORC resource estimates at Chariot, Mauretania and now Black Snake projects; Feasibility studies by TCMG on establishing the central mill in Tennant Creek in 2022. Outside of this, Emmerson have retained 100% ownership of the historic Jasper Hills, high grade copper-gold and cobalt project and are working with the company's Traditional Owner, Joint Venture partner to unlock this for exploration.공지 • May 18Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Drilling Commences for High-Grade Gold at Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited announced drilling commenced for high-grade gold at Tennant Creek. A 1,700m diamond and reverse circulation drilling program, fully funded by Tennant Consolidated Mining Group (TCMG), Emmerson's Joint Venture partner, has commenced at Emmerson's Tennant Creek project. Key highlights include: A drill program focussed on the high-grade Mauretania and West Gibbet projects. Drilling at Mauretania to test for extensions of the deeper primary gold mineralisation, to assist geotechnical studies and advance the final open pit design. West Gibbet drilling to test for shallow high-grade gold amenable to open pit mining. Assay results expected in July. Ultra-High-Resolution drone magnetic survey underway to pinpoint new ironstones, the host to mineralisation in the Tennant Creek Mineral Field. Mauretania is located within the Northern Project Area (NPA) of Emmerson's Tennant Creek project. The results of the first diamond drill hole MTDD009 consisted of a primary gold intersection of: 8.8m at 3.44g/t gold from 181m including: 2m at 9.0g/t gold from 186m. plus a shallow oxide zone of high-grade copper of: 12m at 2.5% copper, 0.26g/t gold and 0.14% cobalt from 85m including: 2m at 4.1% copper from 90m and 9.5m at 0.17g/t gold from 60m. Completion of diamond drill hole MTDD010 is now underway after being prematurely terminated at 106m due to the wet season. Before termination it did intersect and extend the known oxide zone to the southwest, with assays results of 7m at 0.81% copper from 88m, including 1m at 1.66% copper. Like MTDD009, MTDD010 suggests significant potential for primary gold beneath copper mineralisation. The remainder of the drilling will be RC (Reverse Circulation), consisting of step out holes to establish the lateral extent of the mineralisation prior to finalising the design of the open pit. This program will also consist of geotechnical drilling that will feed into the final pit design. Mauretania is a green-fields discovery that recognised the association between high-grade gold, copper and hematite ironstones that had largely gone undetected prior to Emmerson's entry to the Tennant Creek Mineral Field in 2008. The hallmarks of the Company's discoveries at Edna Beryl, Goanna, Monitor and now Mauretania include the exceptional grade of both copper and gold and their association with hematite dominant ironstones. West Gibbet is one of many gold targets located in the Southern Project area that is undergoing a re-evaluation. These targets along the so called "Wine Line" are close to existing infrastructure and part of a strategy to re-establish a mining hub in proximity to the historic Chariot and Malbec West mines. The West Gibbet target was the subject of drilling by Emmerson in 2008 and 2010, with the best intercept being 13m at 66.9g/t gold from 74m (drill hole WGBRC024). Historic drilling by Geopeko in the 1970's also intersected high grade gold at depth. This initial program will focus only on the potential for shallow gold in the oxide zone and consist of five RC holes for a total of 700m of drilling.분석 기사 • Apr 30Companies Like Emmerson Resources (ASX:ERM) Are In A Position To Invest In GrowthThere's no doubt that money can be made by owning shares of unprofitable businesses. The high-grade copper mineralisation occurs toward the base of the oxide zone, however further drilling will be required to better define both the spatial relationships between the bonanza gold and high-grade copper mineralization. Interestingly, high grade cobalt of up to 0.14% occurs with the high-grade copper and suggests it may be analogous to Emmerson's 100%-owned Jasper Hills project, which is scheduled for drilling in the first half of 2021. MTDD010 was aimed at testing the underlying primary gold zone however had to be prematurely terminated at 106m due to the impending wet season. Before termination it did intersect and extend the known oxide zone to the southwest, with assays results of 7m at 0.81% copper from 88m, including 1m at 1.66% copper. Like MTDD009, it suggests potential for primary gold beneath copper mineralisation. The progression of the Mauretania discovery has highlighted the potential for repeats of this style of high-grade mineralisation within the Northern Project Area. The 2021 drill season will test an exciting pipeline of projects including Mauretania, several Mauretania "lookalike" targets plus systematic drilling at Emmerson's 100% owned Jasper Hills project. Jasper Hills is a joint venture with the Marnturla Aboriginal Corporation (MAC) and is not part of the TCMG JV.분석 기사 • Jan 12How Much is Emmerson Resources' (ASX:ERM) CEO Getting Paid?Rob Bills has been the CEO of Emmerson Resources Limited ( ASX:ERM ) since 2007, and this article will examine the...공지 • Dec 30Emmerson Resources Limited, Annual General Meeting, Jan 29, 2021Emmerson Resources Limited, Annual General Meeting, Jan 29, 2021, at 10:00 W. 공지 • Mar 25The Tennant Creek Alliance, Comprising Tennant Minerals Limited , Cufe Ltd and Emmerson Resources Ltd Provides an Update on the Alliance Activities in Tennant Creek, Barkly Region, Northern TerritoryThe Tennant Creek Alliance, comprising Tennant Minerals Limited (TMS), CuFe Ltd. Metallurgical test work review and modelling, process plant flow sheet design and sizing. Logistical network evaluation and optimisation. Operational and capital cost estimates. The letter from Minister Maley indicates the Northern Territory Government's understanding of the potential of the project for delivering economic benefits to the region and to Australia.

New Risk • Jan 10New minor risk - Shareholder dilutionThe company's shareholders have been diluted in the past year. Market cap is less than US$100m (AU$50.2m market cap, or US$31.1m).
New Risk • Dec 16New minor risk - Share price stabilityThe company's share price has been volatile over the past 3 months. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Earnings have declined by 23% per year over the past 5 years. Revenue is less than US$1m (AU$137k revenue, or US$87k). Minor Risks Share price has been volatile over the past 3 months (12% average weekly change). Market cap is less than US$100m (AU$37.6m market cap, or US$23.9m).

New Risk • Mar 15New major risk - Revenue and earnings growthEarnings have declined by 20% per year over the past 5 years. Minor Risk Market cap is less than US$100m (AU$28.3m market cap, or US$18.6m).

공지 • Feb 17Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Drilling Underway for Copper-Gold at Kiola NSWEmmerson Resources Limited announced drilling underway for copper-gold at Kiola NSW. It consists of a depth extensive, very large chargeable anomaly, that sits ~500m SW of the Dolly's North magnetic anomaly and adjacent to a deeper 3D magnetic model.

공지 • Nov 18Emmerson Resources Limited Provides Operational UpdateEmmerson Resources Limited announced the Golden Forty (G40) project is within the 100% Emmerson owned Southern Project Area (SPA) where JV partner TCMG are earning an interest by funding the exploration. The Golden Forty Mine produced 144,056 tonnes of ore at a recovered head grade of 11.9g/t gold between 1969 and 1983.
공지 • Nov 11Emmerson Resources Limited Commences Drilling to Test New Copper-Gold Targets in Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited announced New targets generated from the recent 10,000-line km high resolution drone aeromagnetics flown across the Southern Project area (SPA). The outcomes of the survey will help refine targeting for the planned Phase 3 program in early 2023.

공지 • Aug 26Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Drilling Commences at Golden Forty Gold Project in Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited announced drilling commenced at Golden Forty Gold Project in Tennant Creek. The drilling program is anticipated to be completed in late October 2022.
공지 • Aug 17Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Further High-Grade Copper-Gold Intersected at HermitageEmmerson Resources Limited announced that Assay results from Phase 2 diamond and reverse circulation (RC) drilling support the emerging Hermitage copper-gold discoveryat Emmerson's 100%-owned project area at Tennant Creek. A high-resolution drone aeromagnetic survey is currently underway over the NPA and is anticipated that the results will assist in pinpointing further such styles of high-grade copper-gold-cobalt and bismuth mineralisation.
공지 • Jun 14Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Visual Gold and Copper Intersected in Drilling at Hermitage in Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited announced that Hermitage is one of a cluster of prospects that occurs within the northern corridor at Tennant Creek on 100% Emmerson owned tenements. Noting that some of the major historical deposits in the Tennant Creek Mineral Field had similar surface/plan dimensions as Hermitage, with the largest being Warrego (1.5moz gold and 173,000t copper) where the host ironstone had dimensions in plan view of approximately 200m by 50m, and a plunge of +600m.
공지 • Jun 11Emmerson Resources Limited Receives NTGS Co-Funding Collaboration Grants for Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited has been successfully awarded co-funding grants through the Geophysics and Drilling Collaborations (GDC) program administered by the Northern Territory Geological Survey (NTGS). These ironstones have been shown to host high grades of gold, copper, and cobalt mineralisation and, because of their subdued signature, have seen little previous exploration.

공지 • Apr 06Emmerson Resources Limited Announces High-Grade Gold Resource for Mauretania At Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited announced that a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the Mauretania Gold Project at Tennant Creek, Northern Territory. Joint Venture partner, Tennant Consolidated Mining Group (TCMG) is undertaking advanced studies across several future mines including Mauretania and the recently announced Chariot MRE, ahead of finalising mining and production schedules within the Joint Venture areas.
공지 • Mar 28Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Phase 2 Diamond and Reverse Circulation Drilling Program Is About to Commence At Hermitage Project At Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited announced that Phase 2 diamond and reverse circulation (RC) drilling program is about to commence at Emmerson's 100% owned Hermitage project at Tennant Creek. Following the conclusion of the wet season, the momentum of Emmerson's 2022 exploration and drilling program will increase over the coming months and include: Phase 2 drilling at Hermitage, Maiden JORC Resource estimate for the Mauretania, high grade, gold-oxide discovery (this resource will not include, the recently announced, deeper high grade primary mineralisation), Continued native title negotiations to facilitate drilling of the nearby Jasper Hills copper-gold-cobalt project, Generation of new projects in the Southern Project Area (the SPA is the subject of the Exploration Earn-In and Joint Venture (EEJV) with Tennant Consolidated Mining Group (TCMG)) utilising the recent high-resolution drone geophysical survey, Drilling for extensions and updating the resource model for the Golden Forty Mine and surrounds in the Southern Project Area (part of the EEJV with TCMG) and Further geophysical drone surveys across key areas of the Northern Project Area (part of the EEJV with TCMG).

공지 • Dec 23Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Significant Upgrade to the Mineral Resource Estimate for the Chariot Gold Project At Tennant Creek, Northern TerritoryEmmerson Resources Limited advised of a significant upgrade to the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the Chariot Gold Project at Tennant Creek, Northern Territory. The Chariot orebody remains open and poorly explored at depth, which provides an opportunity for future underground exploration with associated costs funded as part of the TCMG Small Mines Joint Venture with Emmerson.
공지 • Dec 08Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Stunning 117M At 3.38% Copper Drill Hit At Hermitage ProjectEmmerson Resources Limited announced Stunning 117m at 3.38% copper drill hit at the Hermitage Project in Tennant Creek ends in mineralisation.Hermitage is one of a cluster of 100% Emmerson owned prospects on granted mining leases that occurs within the northern corridor at Tennant Creek. Diamond drilling will commence at Hermitage following the northern hemisphere wet season.

공지 • Sep 19Emmerson Resources Limited Announces High Impact Copper-Gold Drilling from New 3D Model at KiolaEmmerson Resources Limited announced high impact copper-gold drilling from new 3D Model at Kiola, NSW. 3D MIMDAS geophysical model for Kiola provides exciting new copper-gold drill targets, 2,500m drilling program approved with timing subject to COVID-19 constraints in NSW,Potential for multiple intrusive centres confirmed from the integration of geochemical and geological data within an area of highly anomalous copper-gold and historic workings, No previous deep drilling with strong indications of copper-gold mineralization at surface and Kiola lies within the highly ranked Molong Belt which hosts both Alkane Resources' Boda copper-gold discovery and Newcrest's world class Cadia-Ridgeway deposits. Drill Target K-IP1 Yards copper prospect: Shallow historic drilling in this area has intersected copper and gold (6m at 0.2g/t gold from 36m and 24m at 0.16% copper from 16m in a shallow reverse circulation drill hole. This drill hole (KProp1) will test a large, very strong, depth extensive chargeable and conductive zone (Figure 3) that includes a VTEM anomaly at the surface. Whilst the proposed depth is 850m, the hole may be extended based on intersecting favourable geology and mineralisation. Keeping in mind that these porphyry copper-gold systems can be mined economically well below 1 km from the surface providing they are of the appropriate scale and grade. Drill holes KProp3 and KProp4 have proposed depths of 350m and 500m respectively and are aimed to test for the presence of sulphides lateral and within the 3D isosurface of the Dolly's magnetic anomaly.
공지 • Jul 06Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Update from Mauretania DrillingEmmerson Resources Limited announces update from Mauretania Drilling. The hallmark of the Company's discoveries at Edna Beryl, Goanna, Monitor and now Mauretania include the exceptional grade of both copper and gold and their association with hematite dominant ironstones.
공지 • May 25Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Outstanding High Grade Gold Results from Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited announced outstanding high grade gold results from Tennant Creek. Outside of this, Emmerson have retained 100% ownership of the historic Jasper Hills, high grade copper-gold and cobalt project and are working with the company's Traditional Owner, Joint Venture partner to unlock this for exploration.
공지 • May 18Emmerson Resources Limited Announces Drilling Commences for High-Grade Gold at Tennant CreekEmmerson Resources Limited announced drilling commenced for high-grade gold at Tennant Creek. This initial program will focus only on the potential for shallow gold in the oxide zone and consist of five RC holes for a total of 700m of drilling.

공지 • Feb 18Emmerson Resources Limited Announces the New Primary Gold Zone Intersected at Depth at MauretaniaEmmerson Resources Limited announced that MTDD009 intersected an upper, hematite-clay ironstone consisting of intermittent jasper-hematite-clay zones within the oxide zone. Jasper Hills is a joint venture with the Marnturla Aboriginal Corporation (MAC) and is not part of the TCMG JV.
