The new microLED array prototype leverages a proprietary epitaxy stack and delivers: Cut-off frequency >1 GHz, Energy consumption below 2 pJ/bit, Massively parallel, short-reach optical IO paths. These characteristics directly address the interconnect bottleneck emerging in modern AI compute architectures, where data movement increasingly dominates system power budgets. ams OSRAM microLED leadership is rooted in EVIYOS TM, the world’s first high-volume automotive micro-emitter array. Delivering 25,600 individually addressable pixels, each approximately half the width of a human hair, combined with a CMOS driver chip in a compact package. This unique microLED - CMOS integration – a textbook example of Digital Photonics – was recognized with the German Future Prize as “Digital Light” established the company’s industrial-scale capabilities and has since demonstrated exceptional robustness in series production vehicles. The same core technology now forms the basis for optical IO components targeting AI servers and rack-level communication. For optical interconnects, the fabrication process is similar to that used for automotive matrix emitters, with one key difference: while EVIYOS TM uses monolithic arrays, data-center applications use singulated microLEDs. These emitters are diced from the wafer and mounted on a substrate, so each device couples to its own fiber-optic channel in a multi-channel fiber optics cable. The substrate can then be assembled onto a target CMOS wafer for system integration. Due to their extremely small footprint, microLED based transceivers can achieve very high bandwidth density. Individual emitters support per lane data rates of =3.0 Gbit/s at energy levels below 2 pJ/bit over a full 10 meter link, while meeting industry bit-error-rate specifications below 10?¹5. Replacing a single ultra-high-speed line with hundreds of parallel channels in a slow-and-wide architecture offers multiple advantages for AI infrastructure: Reliability – microLED based optical interconnect systems can include redundant channels, enabling graceful degradation and rapid replacement of faulty emitters. Efficiency – in a slow-and-wide architecture, power consumption is significantly reduced versus ultra-high-frequency laser transmitters typically used in internet backbone applications. Lower power also reduces heat, providing valuable thermal headroom for data-center operators. Simplicity – microLED-based interconnects are inherently parallel. They eliminate the complex and costly serialization/deserialization steps required by fast-and-narrow architectures. With the successful adaptation of its EVIYOS TM base technology to the needs of data-communication markets, ams OSRAM is now transitioning rapidly into the product-development phase — fully aligned with the Digital Photonics strategy announced on 05 February 2026.お知らせ • Feb 11ams-OSRAM AG to Report Q3, 2026 Results on Nov 13, 2026ams-OSRAM AG announced that they will report Q3, 2026 results on Nov 13, 2026最新情報をもっと見るRecent updatesお知らせ • 18hams-OSRAM AG to Report Q4, 2026 Results on Feb 16, 2027ams-OSRAM AG announced that they will report Q4, 2026 results on Feb 16, 2027お知らせ • 18hams-OSRAM AG to Report Fiscal Year 2026 Final Results on Mar 18, 2027ams-OSRAM AG announced that they will report fiscal year 2026 final results on Mar 18, 2027お知らせ • May 14ams-OSRAM AG, Annual General Meeting, Jun 10, 2026ams-OSRAM AG, Annual General Meeting, Jun 10, 2026, at 10:00 W. The new sensor from ams OSRAM can tell whether an espresso cup or a travel mug is placed under a coffee machine, ensuring the right amount is distributed every time. This kind of precision is critical for a broad spectrum of applications: from logistics robots that distinguish between nearly identical packages, to camera systems that maintain focus on moving objects in dynamic video scenes. With dToF technology, the sensor emits light pulses in the invisible infrared range. These pulses reflect from objects in the sensor's field of view and return to the sensor, which calculates the distance based on the time it takes for the light to travel -- similar to how the delay of an echo reveals distance: the longer it takes, the farther away the object. Multi-zone sensors enhance this by capturing reflected light from multiple viewing angles (zones), like a network of echo points. This enables the creation of detailed 3D depth maps. The TMF8829 divides its field of view into up to 1,536 zones -- a significant improvement over the 64 zones in standard 8x8 sensors. This higher resolution enables finer spatial detail. For example, it supports peoplecount and presence detection in smart lighting systems, object detection and collision avoidance in robotic applications, and intelligent occupancy monitoring in building automation. The detailed depth data also provides a foundation for machine learning models that interpret complex environments and enable intelligent interaction with surroundings. Measuring just 5.7 x 2.9 x 1.5 mm-- thinner than a cent coin and more compact than typical sensors with lower resolution -- the TMF8829 delivers high resolution in a format ideal for space-constrained devices. Because it operates without a camera, it supports privacy-sensitive applications. When paired with a camera, the sensor enables hybrid vision systems like RGB Depth Fusion, combining depth and color data for AR applications such as virtual object placement. Classified as a Class 1 eye-safe device, the TMF8829 uses a dual VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser) light source to measure distances up to 11 meters with 0.25 mm precision -- sensitive enough to detect subtle movements like a finger swipe. With its 48x32 zones, the sensor covers an 80deg field of view, delivering depth information across a scene comparable to that of a wide-angle lens. On-chip processing reduces latency and simplifies integration. Instead of relying on a single signal, the sensor builds a profile of returning light pulses to identify the most accurate distance point -- ensuring stable performance even with smudged cover glass. Full histogram output supports AI systems in extracting hidden patterns or additional information from the raw signal. The consistent commitment of ams OSRAM to innovation ensures that the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements. This is highlighted by the company's strong IP portfolio comprising more than 1000 patent rights and other IP rights in the field of VCSEL and 3D sensing technologies.お知らせ • Jun 27ams-OSRAM AG to Report Q1, 2026 Results on May 07, 2026ams-OSRAM AG announced that they will report Q1, 2026 results on May 07, 2026お知らせ • May 29ams-OSRAM AG, Annual General Meeting, Jun 26, 2025ams-OSRAM AG, Annual General Meeting, Jun 26, 2025, at 10:00 W. The innovation, referred to as DMC (Data Matrix Code), is based on a unique, machine-readable code printed on top of each LED package. DMC is already available for some members of the OSIRE® family of automotive LEDs. The code on the package links to individual data for each LED production unit: color coordinates, luminous intensity and forward voltage at two currents. This two-current setting gives manufacturers the widest range of dimming options for day and night modes, while meeting the automotive industry’s strict requirements for color point stability. LED+: Greater accuracy through unique data adds precious value to LEDs: With the introduction of DMC, ams OSRAM increases the value of its automotive LEDs as conclusive data effectively support digitalized and automated factory processes. DMC is now available in three automotive LEDs: The OSIRE® E5515 is an RGB ‘sidelooker’ LED designed for modern ambient lighting in the vehicle interior. Supplied in a white low-profile, surface-mount package, the OSIRE® E5515 is ideally suited for coupling into thin light guides. In addition, the housing material´s temperature stability has been optimized for improved compatibility with processes based on IMSE® (In-Mold Structural Electronics). The OSIRE® E5515 is available under the part number KRTB AELPS2.32. The OSIRE® E3323 is an RGB top surface-emitting LED for ambient lighting applications in the vehicle interior. With dimensions as small as 3.3 mm x 2.3 mm x 0.7 mm, the OSIRE® E3323 is the smallest of its kind in the OSIRE® family – for even more flexible designs than is currently possible with a delta or inline RGB chip configuration. The OSIRE® E3323 products can be ordered under the part numbers KRTB DWLM31.32 and KRTB DWLM32.32. The DMC will be imprinted on every manufactured LED and manufacturers are free to choose whether to use the data or not. This value-adding feature is likely to be rolled out to other OSIRE® family members in the future.お知らせ • Feb 17+ 2 more updatesams-OSRAM AG to Report Q2, 2024 Results on Jul 26, 2024ams-OSRAM AG announced that they will report Q2, 2024 results on Jul 26, 2024お知らせ • Feb 10ams-OSRAM AG to Report Q1, 2024 Results on Apr 26, 2024ams-OSRAM AG announced that they will report Q1, 2024 results on Apr 26, 2024お知らせ • Jan 19ams OSram Launches Sidelooker, Low-Power LEDams OSRAM launched a series of sidelooker, low-power LEDs that simplify design, are easier to implement and enables the creation of a homogeneous appearance in extended light bars and other automotive rear lighting applications. an automobile rear combination lamp (RCL) requires a complex and deep optical assembly consisting of diffusers and light guides to spread the bright points of light from conventional toplooker LEDs without producing visible dark and bright spots. By replacing toplooker LEDs with the SYNIOS®? P1515 sidelookers, automotive manufacturers can achieve a smooth, homogeneous appearance across the width of the vehicle. With the same number of LEDs as in a toplooker-based arrangement, an RCL or turn indicator can be produced with a far thinner and simpler optical assembly. This opens up new potential to create dramatic and distinctive shapes in new RCL designs. Alternatively, a homogeneous appearance can be achieved with the same depth of optical stack as for toplooker LEDs, but with substantially fewer LEDs and LED drivers. With this option, the lamp manufacturer benefits from a reduced bill-of-materials cost and a simpler circuit configuration. The AEC-Q102 qualified SYNIOS®? P 1515 LEDs produce a side-emission output with uniform 360deg light intensity all round the device. Light is also emitted from the top of the LED, but at lower intensity than from the sides, to ensure that applications such as extended rear light bars can be easily realized with no bright or dark spots. The side-emission pattern of the SYNIOS®?P1515 LEDs is enabled by proprietary ams OSRAM optical packaging technology. ams OSRAM optical packaging Technology. ams OSRAM sidelooker LEDs are already widely used in the backlighting for high-performance automotive displays. The SYNIOS®? P1415 family is available for sampling in red (621 nm), super-red (633 nm) and yellow (587 nm) now. Production volumes are available now.お知らせ • Dec 05ams-OSRAM AG Releases New Multi-Led Packageams OSRAM released a new multi-LED package which offers more than 40% higher radiant intensity than the previous generation product, resulting in higher accuracy PPG (photoplethysmography) measurements in smart watches, wristbands and other wearable devices. The SFH 7018 features a highly reflective QFN (Quad Flat No Leads) package for significantly increased light output. In addition, an improved two-cavity design separates the green LED from the red LED and infrared (IR) LED: the spacing and optical isolation ensure that the light sources are optimally placed relative to their photodiodes and reduce interference between the green light (for heart rate measurements) and the red light and IR source (for blood oxygen saturation, or SpO2, measurements). Furthermore, the green chip does not cause the red and IR chips to fluoresce due to cross-excitation from the shorter wavelength. The optimized form factor of the surface-mount QFN package - just 0.6 mm high - makes it easy to integrate the module into any type of wearable device. Despite its compact size, the SFH 7018 provides dual driving capability with optimized forward voltage headroom and reduced overall power consumption. The SFH 7018's improvement in radiant intensity is dramatic: the red and IR LEDs are more than 40% brighter than in the existing SFH 7016, and the green LED in the SFH 7018A version of the product is 80% lighter, while in the SFH 7018B version, the green LED is more than twice as bright. The brightness of the SFH 7018 at each of the red, green and IR wavelengths also greatly exceeds that of today's best-performing competing product. Since all vital signs monitoring devices face the challenge to detect little modulations of already small light signals, the result of scattering and absorption in tissue (depending on various factors), the amount of lightitted by the LEDs strongly affects system performance. When more light is modulated by the blood flow and subsequently reaches the photodiode, signal quality improves, yielding higher accuracy and better repeatability of measurements. The SFH 7018 enables this superior performance by emitting more light into the body. The SFH 7018 is available in two versions: SFH 7018A is optimized for low forward voltage at high currents, allowing for operation without a costly voltage booster. SFH 7018B is optimized for maximum radiant intensity. Both variants are in volume production now.お知らせ • Nov 24ams OSRAM Releases RGB Versions of High-Power OSTAR Projection Compact LEDs for Machine Vision and Stage Lightingams OSRAM adds Red, True Green and Blue colors to its OSTAR Projection Compact family of low-profile, ultra-high brightness LEDs, to enable manufacturers of machine vision systems or stage lighting fixtures to create more powerful and slimmer products. ams OSRAM already offered a White option in this package specification, that time known as OSLON Boost. The new LEDs are ideal for premium high-power lighting products because of their high current density and very high brightness. Featuring a new rectangular ams OSRAM 2 mm2 chip, these LEDs produce very high luminous output – the True Green version is the brightest 520 nm product in its class (1000 lm at 6 A). The OSTAR Projection Compact LEDs can be packed very closely together in high-power luminaire designs because of their excellent thermal dissipation and small, flat package. The thermal resistance is just 1.4 K/W, while the 4040 package has dimensions of 4.0 mm x 4.0 mm x 0.75 mm. The LEDs’ low profile enables lighting equipment and vision system manufacturers to reduce the size of their products without compromising brightness and performance. Compared to competing products with a domed primary lens, the flat package of the OSTAR Projection Compact LEDs makes them very easy to couple into optics, giving considerable flexibility to optimize the optical performance of the products for individual applications. All the OSTAR Projection Compact LEDs share the same footprint, enabling easy exchanging of colors in variants of a single board design. Winfried Schwedler, Marketing Manager of ams OSRAM, said: ‘The excellent current-carrying capability, low thermal resistance and low profile of the OSRAM OSTAR Projection Compact LEDs means that machine vision products and stage lighting equipment can produce an impressively powerful output in any color. These LEDs can also offer high value in projectors and in architectural lighting units such as wall washers. Key features of the OSTAR Projection Compact family are: KR CULPM1.23 - Red - 650 lm at 6 A; KT CULPM1.13 - True Green - 1000 lm at 6 A'' B CULPM1.14 - Blue - 7200 mW at 8 A and KW CULPM1.TG - White - 1700 lm at 10 A.お知らせ • Nov 22ams-OSRAM AG has filed a Follow-on Equity Offering in the amount of CHF 774.845488 million.ams-OSRAM AG has filed a Follow-on Equity Offering in the amount of CHF 774.845488 million. Using ALIYOS technology, car makers will be able to express brand personality through exterior and interior lighting in previously unattainable ways, as well as to introduce completely new three-dimensional lighting and animation effects for displaying dynamic individual messages and information signals to drivers and other road users. Transparent, flexible, thin LED lighting The ALIYOS technology enables ams OSRAM to apply mini-LEDs on a thin, flexible and transparent substrate. Connected by almost invisible metal traces, the mini-LEDs can be arranged with a large degree of freedom to form individually addressable segments of any shape. They can be positioned to perform standard lighting functions such as a stop light or turn indicator, but with unique, custom shapes and animation effects. The mini-LEDs can also be used to display symbols, words, images or abstract patterns for decoration, information, or warning. Transparency, an outstanding feature of ALIYOS technology, in combination with mini-LEDs, means that light can appear out of nowhere. In addition, multiple foil assemblies can be placed one behind the other to create dramatic new 3D lighting and animation effects. ams OSRAM is now working with the world’s leading automotive Tier One suppliers and OEMs to explore the new possibilities in automotive interior and exterior lighting. One demonstration design exploits the transparency of the ALIYOS foil substrate to produce new 3D effects in rear lights: a transparent array of three ALIYOS LED foils mounted one behind the other creates a sense of depth. Another design shows that ALIYOS LED-on-foil technology can be applied to curved body panels, and is invisible when turned off, creating the effect of ‘Light out of nowhere’.お知らせ • Jul 28ams OSRAM Opens New Era of Dynamic Interior Automotive Lighting with Launch of Intelligent RGB LEDams OSRAM introduced new technology which greatly simplifies the implementation of dynamic, color- and intensity-changing arrays of hundreds of RGB LEDs in car interior lighting. EVIYOS®? 2.0 can selectively illuminate the road ahead to maximize the driver's view in high-beam mode without creating the glare typically experienced by other road users. The chip's 25,600 individually controllable LEDs with a pixel pitch of 40 um can also project high-resolution images on to the road surface, for instance to display warning symbols to the driver or other road users, or to guide the driver past obstacles. Use of EVIYOS®?2.0 dramatically improves road safety by increasing the time for drivers to react to hazards that would be invisible or partially hidden with conventional headlights. The superior view of the road also promises to transform the driver's experience of the road at night, making night driving both easier and safer. Until now, many automotive safety features have been designed to keep the driver and passengers inside the vehicle safe. EVIYOS(R), 2.0 goes a step further. Through the ability to project images on the road at night, the car communicates in new ways both to the driver, but also to others in the car's surroundings. For example, headlights based on EVIYOS(R") 2.0 can project a snowflake symbol on to the road surface to warn of icy or slippery conditions, helping to heighten awareness of danger and so reducing the risk of accidents. The innovative EVIYOS(R). 2.0, the result of 10 years of continuous engineering development at ams OSRAM, is now in volume production. Monolithic architecture produces homogeneous light output: The design of EVIYOS(R) 2.0 draws on multiple ams OSRAM innovations in chip design and fabrication. The 25,600 pixels are fabricated in a monolithic u-LED chip array, which enables ams OSRAM to achieve exceptionally high uniformity of color and brightness. The EVIYOS(R') 2.0 product consists of the multipixel emitter and a driver which individually controls the operation of each of the 25,600 LEDs. In Adaptive Driving Beam systems, the multipixel headlamp is mounted in a lensed headlamp assembly, and combined with an intelligent camera for scanning the scene in front of the vehicle. This enables the headlamp in high-beam mode to dynamically switch off enough LEDs to avoid glare for other road users while maximizing the driver's view of the road. Dynamic control of individual LEDs also enables the headlight to project accurately along curves, extending the driver's view of the Road ahead. EVIYOS(R)2.0 is a high-output, high-efficiency automotive light source that enables energy saving in vehicles: only those LEDs are energized that are required to maximize the driver's view safely, so light is not wasted. The LED chip has a compact 40 mm2 footprint to ease integration in sleek headlamp assemblies and is available with a 1:4 (25,600 pixels) or 1:3 (19,200 pixels) aspect ratio. First design implementation with Marelli: microLED module uses EVIYOS® 2.0: Several globally significant car manufacturers and Tier One suppliers are designing EVIYOS® 2.0 into new product concepts. For instance, Marelli has announced its first multipixel LED headlight module to be based on EVIYOS® 2.0: the h-Digi® microLED.お知らせ • Jul 12ams OSRAM Launches TCS3530ams OSRAM has launched the TCS3530, its color sensor which enables a smartphone camera to achieve near-perfect color rendition in any lighting conditions, and helps displays to produce a more natural picture quality. The TCS3530 also features a new fully integrated optical assembly that makes production operations simpler for smartphone, camera and display manufacturers. The TCS3530 color sensor produces an XYZ tri-stimulus response, which means that its three-channel output closely matches the response of the average human eye’s three sets of color-sensitive light receptors. It is the most sensitive XYZ color sensor that ams OSRAM has ever created, producing accurate measurements of chromaticity and illuminance in all conditions, from bright sunlight to near darkness. The sensor’s XYZ light measurements are converted in the chip to chromaticity coordinates precisely located in CiE color space. This enables ultra-accurate automatic white balancing in cameras, resulting in natural rendition of object colors in all conditions including: Images captured under distorting light sources, such as fluorescent lamps or LEDs; Images dominated by large blocks of non-white color. The TCS3530 in displays, monitors and televisions enables superior color management in all ambient lighting conditions – algorithms can use the sensor’s outputs to adjust the display’s whitepoint to match the ambient light whitepoint, resulting in more accurate and pleasing color rendering and perceived picture quality. Integrated diffuser improves performance, saves space, and reduces design complexity: The high performance of the TCS3530 color sensor results from a series of ams OSRAM innovations in optical chip technology and packaging. These include a new 8-channel configuration consisting of the XYZ channels, an infrared channel, and four reference channels. The TCS3530 also includes a new high-speed flicker detection capability up to 7 kHz, to enable the elimination of interference from flickering AC mains-driven lights and LEDs during image and video capture. The TCS3530’s new optical assembly includes a built-in diffuser. This eliminates the need for the end-product manufacturer to design and build their optical assembly with an external diffuser. This greatly simplifies the optical design effort and manufacturing. The TCS3530’s assembly has a precisely engineered distance between sensor and aperture and benefits from exact diffuser placement. Combined with 100% end-of-line calibration, the TCS3530’s integrated architecture produces extremely consistent optical performance from one unit to the next. It also relieves manufacturers of the need to perform expensive and complex sensor system calibration at the factory. The integrated assembly is also thinner than a discrete arrangement with an external diffuser, enabling smartphone manufacturers to accommodate the color sensor more easily in ultra-compact product designs. The TCS3530 True Color Sensor is housed in a 2.5 mm x 1.8 mm x 1.5 mm OLGA package. It is available for sampling now.お知らせ • Jul 07ams-OSRAM AG Announces the Appointment of Rainer Irle as Directorams-OSRAM AG announced the appointment of Rainer Irle as a director of the Issuer with effect from 03 July 2023.お知らせ • Jul 04Ams-Osram Ag Announces Rainer Irle Joins as CFOams OSRAM announces that Rainer Irle has started in his role as the CFO of ams OSRAM. A top-10 global car manufacturer has already selected this new product for a new design, and ams OSRAM will supply it in mass production volumes starting in 2024. The new TARA2000-AUT-SAFE, which produces a tightly controlled beam of infrared light at a peak wavelength of 940nm, is suitable for the same use cases as the existing TARA2000-AUT family: driver monitoring, gesture sensing, and interior (cabin) monitoring. It consists of an ams OSRAM VCSEL chip and micro-lens array (MLA) packaged in a compact module. The TARA2000-940-W-AUT-SAFE, which has a wide field of illumination of 116° x 87°, is optimized for cabin monitoring with 2D near infrared (NIR) imaging and 3D indirect time-of-flight (iToF) cameras. A forthcoming version with a narrow field of illumination of 46° x 41°, the TARA2000-940-UN-AUT-SAFE, is suitable for driver monitoring. It is currently sampling with customers. ams OSRAM has a history of providing OEMs and Tier 1 companies witih automotive-qualified, advanced technology for in cabin sensing. The company previously released the world’s first AEC-Q102 qualified and ISO 26262 compliant VCSEL flood illuminator, the TARA2000-AUT, which has been in mass production and shipping to multiple automotive customers since Second Quarter 2021. Continuing the stream of innovation, the TARA2000-AUT-SAFE family offers increased reliability and simpler implementation for automotive manufacturers, due to the new, built-in interlock loop method for protecting eye safety. The new device’s resistive interlock circuitry is integrated on the MLA. Providing a near-instant response (<1µs) to fault conditions, the TARA2000-AUT-SAFE can directly detect faults that could compromise eye safety, such as diffuser cracking or shear-off. The TARA2000-AUT-SAFE solves various design and implementation challenges, and at a lower cost than competing products on the market today. The fast and reliable response is in contrast to the built-in photodiode method for eye safety protection in competing automotive VCSELs. In competing products, the photodiode signal is prone to faults caused by non-eye-safety related factors such as reflective objects in front of the VCSEL module, impairing the system’s ability to protect eye safety. Also, the TARA2000-AUT-SAFE’s interlock loop is easier to integrate, as its read-out circuit only requires one AND gate or MOSFET. In comparison, the complex read-out circuit of photodiode includes an increased number of more expensive components. This means that the photodiode method results in a higher bill-of-materials cost, as well as a slower response to events that carry a risk to eye safety. In addition, the photodiode’s response is strongly temperature-dependent, making system design more complex and less reliable. This is a particular drawback for automotive applications, which are exposed to a wide range of operating temperatures.お知らせ • May 04ams-OSRAM AG Announces Board Changesams-OSRAM AG announced resignation of Alexander Everke as a director with effect from 31 March 2023, appointment of Aldo Kamper as a director of the Issuer with effect from 01 April 2023 and resignation of Ingo Bank as a director of the Issuer with effect from 30 April 2023.お知らせ • Feb 03ams-OSRAM AG Introduces AS5911, a 256-Channel Analog-To-Digital Converter for Digitizing Signals from Photodiode Arrays in High-Performance Computed Tomography Scannersams-OSRAM AG introduced the AS5911, a 256-channel analog-to-digital converter for digitizing signals from photodiode arrays in high-performance computed tomography (CT) scanners. The AS5911, housed in a 14mm x 14mm FBGA, is a system-in-package solution that performs simultaneous current-to-digital conversion of the outputs from 256 photodiodes in a CT detector. Smaller than current competing specialist ADCs for CT detectors, the AS5911 has a reduced footprint that facilitates its integration in a variety of detector form factors, including 4-side buttable solutions due to its reduced external bill of materials (BOM) and embedded components. The AS5911 leads to lower system complexity by having integrated LDO voltage regulators, reference voltages, a temperature sensor, supply decoupling capacitors and on-chip calibration features. The power dissipation is yet an additional significant benefit of the AS5911. At just 1.25mW per channel in low-power mode, it consumes less power than existing products on the market. Its low power consumption facilitates temperature stabilization strategies by CT scanner manufacturers, ultimately yielding better system performance and potential savings in thermal management. The ams OSRAM proprietary ADC architecture, which features zero dead time, exhibits an excellent power-to-noise trade off. In low-noise mode, the input-referred noise is below 0.29fC at an input current range of 0.5µA. Low noise is a hallmark of high-performance CT detectors, a critical aspect for image quality, specifically at low X-ray dose. The AS5911 features on-chip calibration functions for parameters such as offset voltage, linearity, offset charge and leakage current. This allows to automatically set the photodiode and the front-end at their ideal operating point, compensating for offsets and non-linearities of the signal chain. The embedded auto-calibration functions reduce development effort in the data acquisition system and potentially enable the use of a lower-cost FPGA requiring less computational power. The reduction of complexity of CT detector module design is also supported by features such as built-in diagnostics and the freedom to operate the device in two different power supply strategies. The device can operate in true ground mode and single analog supply. Full-scale range, power modes and digital readout features, are configurable over a SPI-compatible serial interface, as well as the data output modes of the digital LVDS interface. The AS5911 is available for sampling now. Evaluation boards are available directly from ams OSRAM for performance measurements.お知らせ • Jan 07ams OSRAM Releases Industry Leading 0.5Mpixel Global Shutter CMOS Image Sensors to Save Space and Power in Wearable and Mobile Devicesams OSRAM extended its Mira family of pipelined, high-sensitivity, global shutter CMOS image sensors with the launch of the 2.3mm x 2.8mm, 0.5Mpixel Mira050. お知らせ • Mar 20ams-OSRAM AG Unveils Ultra-Efficient Microled Array for Ai Optical Interconnects and Advances to Product Developmentams-OSRAM AG advanced its proven EVIYOS microLED technology to next-gen slow-and-wide AI optical interconnects, demonstrating ultra-low-power at high speed and moving toward product development. With the successful adaptation of its EVIYOS TM base technology to the needs of data-communication markets, ams OSRAM is now transitioning rapidly into the product-development phase — fully aligned with the Digital Photonics strategy announced on 05 February 2026.

お知らせ • Aug 29Ams OSram Announces New High-Resolution dToF Sensor Seeks the differenceThe TMF8829 direct Time-of-Flight (dToF) sensor significantly increases resolution -- from the previously common 8x8 zones to 48x32 -- and it is designed to detect subtle spatial differences and distinguish closely spaced or slightly varied objects. This is highlighted by the company's strong IP portfolio comprising more than 1000 patent rights and other IP rights in the field of VCSEL and 3D sensing technologies.

お知らせ • Mar 22Imprinted Data Matrix Code on ams OSRAM LEDs Now Enables Automotive Manufacturers to Streamline Their Productionams OSRAM has introduced a product innovation that helps manufacturers of automotive lighting modules and systems to increase their production throughput and efficiency while achieving very high consistency in optical quality and performance. This value-adding feature is likely to be rolled out to other OSIRE® family members in the future.

お知らせ • Jan 19ams OSram Launches Sidelooker, Low-Power LEDams OSRAM launched a series of sidelooker, low-power LEDs that simplify design, are easier to implement and enables the creation of a homogeneous appearance in extended light bars and other automotive rear lighting applications. an automobile rear combination lamp (RCL) requires a complex and deep optical assembly consisting of diffusers and light guides to spread the bright points of light from conventional toplooker LEDs without producing visible dark and bright spots. Production volumes are available now.
お知らせ • Dec 05ams-OSRAM AG Releases New Multi-Led Packageams OSRAM released a new multi-LED package which offers more than 40% higher radiant intensity than the previous generation product, resulting in higher accuracy PPG (photoplethysmography) measurements in smart watches, wristbands and other wearable devices. Both variants are in volume production now.
お知らせ • Nov 24ams OSRAM Releases RGB Versions of High-Power OSTAR Projection Compact LEDs for Machine Vision and Stage Lightingams OSRAM adds Red, True Green and Blue colors to its OSTAR Projection Compact family of low-profile, ultra-high brightness LEDs, to enable manufacturers of machine vision systems or stage lighting fixtures to create more powerful and slimmer products. ams OSRAM already offered a White option in this package specification, that time known as OSLON Boost. お知らせ • Sep 27ams OSRAM Reveals the Development of its ALIYOS LED-On-Foil Technologyams OSRAM revealed the development of its ALIYOS LED-on-foil technology, which opens up all-new possibilities for design freedom and creativity in automotive lighting. Another design shows that ALIYOS LED-on-foil technology can be applied to curved body panels, and is invisible when turned off, creating the effect of ‘Light out of nowhere’.

お知らせ • Jul 22ams-OSRAM AG Launches Intelligent Multipixel EVIYOS® 2.0 LED for Precision Adaptive Headlightsams-OSRAM AG introduced a ground-breaking innovation in automotive forward lighting with the launch of EVIYOS(R) 2.0, a new type of intelligent multipixel LED that enables fully adaptive, dynamic headlight operation and image projection. For instance, Marelli has announced its first multipixel LED headlight module to be based on EVIYOS® 2.0: the h-Digi® microLED.
お知らせ • Jul 12ams OSRAM Launches TCS3530ams OSRAM has launched the TCS3530, its color sensor which enables a smartphone camera to achieve near-perfect color rendition in any lighting conditions, and helps displays to produce a more natural picture quality. It is available for sampling now.

お知らせ • May 31ams OSRAM Adds Reliable, Built-In Eye Safety Feature in Latest IR VCSEL Emitter for In-cabin Sensing Applicationsams-OSRAM AG has enhanced its portfolio of infrared laser modules for automotive in-cabin sensing with the TARA2000-AUT-SAFE vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) family, which offers a more reliable and robust eye safety feature than existing automotive VCSEL modules. This is a particular drawback for automotive applications, which are exposed to a wide range of operating temperatures.

お知らせ • Feb 03ams-OSRAM AG Introduces AS5911, a 256-Channel Analog-To-Digital Converter for Digitizing Signals from Photodiode Arrays in High-Performance Computed Tomography Scannersams-OSRAM AG introduced the AS5911, a 256-channel analog-to-digital converter for digitizing signals from photodiode arrays in high-performance computed tomography (CT) scanners. Evaluation boards are available directly from ams OSRAM for performance measurements.
お知らせ • Jan 07ams OSRAM Releases Industry Leading 0.5Mpixel Global Shutter CMOS Image Sensors to Save Space and Power in Wearable and Mobile Devicesams OSRAM extended its Mira family of pipelined, high-sensitivity, global shutter CMOS image sensors with the launch of the 2.3mm x 2.8mm, 0.5Mpixel Mira050.
