お知らせ • Oct 30An undisclosed buyer acquired 81 Tuas Bay Drive, Singapore from ESR-LOGOS REIT (SGX:J91U) for SGD 35 million.An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire 81 Tuas Bay Drive, Singapore from ESR-LOGOS REIT (SGX:J91U) for SGD 35 million on August 29, 2024. The divestment is expected to be completed in 4Q2024. The net proceeds from the Divestment will be deployed to repay outstanding borrowings, finance potential acquisitions, asset enhancement initiatives and redevelopments and/or fund general working capital requirements. An undisclosed buyer completed the acquisition of 81 Tuas Bay Drive, Singapore from ESR-LOGOS REIT (SGX:J91U) on October 30, 2024.

The Manager of ESR-LOGOS REIT has announced a distribution of 1.186 cents per ESR-LOGOS REIT unit for the period from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2023 comprising the following components: Taxable income distribution is 1.030 cents per unit and Capital distribution is 0.156 cents per unit. お知らせ • Nov 08ESR-LOGOS REIT Announces Changes to Board of DirectorsESR-LOGOS REIT announced the following change to its Board of Directors (the "Board"). The following change to the Board is effective from 8 November 2023: Appointment of Mr. Shen Jinchu, Jeffrey as Non-Executive Director and he will also be a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee ("NRC") and the Investment Committee ("IC"). Mr. Shen, 50, is currently the Executive Director, Group Co-founder and Co- Chief Executive Officer of ESR Group, E-LOG's sponsor, and is responsible for overseeing ESR Group's overall operations and business development, leading regional growth strategies, and expanding ESR Group's asset and fund management platforms. Mr. Shen has over 23 years of industrial real estate experience in logistics development and investments in China. Prior to co-founding ESR Group in June 2011, he was Senior Vice President at GLP Investment Management (China) Co. Ltd. (formerly Prologis China) from January 2004 to September 2010, overseeing the Eastern China area. Mr. Shen was the Deputy Director of DTZ Debenham Tie Leung International Property Advisers from June 2001 to December 2003. Previously, he was the Assistant General Manager for marketing at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Xin Development Co. Ltd. from July 1995 to November 2000. Following the abovementioned change, the Board of ESR-LOGOS Funds Management (S) Limited willcomprise ten directors, of whom five are independent directors. As part of the Manager's continuous efforts to strengthen its leadership team to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving business landscape, the Manager will also be making changes to the composition of its Board sub-committees.

Mr. Gibson has been the Co-CEO of ESR since January 2016 and he was also the Co-Founder and CEO of the Redwood group from July 2006 until 2016. Mr. Gibson is responsible for overseeing ESR's overall operations and business development. Mr. Gibson has over 27 years of real estate development and investment experience in Asia, which includes 15 years in the Japanese industrial real estate sector. Mr. Gibson was formerly the country head of Prologis Japan, and former Co-Founder and Co-CEO of AMB BlackPine, which was subsequently incorporated into Prologis. He was also the Chairman of AMB Property Corporation Japan Advisory Committee.
