Increase in shares outstanding: 326% This is considered a major risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. However, AEI can be a good short-term investment opportunity. The company's current price is meager, the capitalization of Alset EHome is lower than the cash & equivalents balance. CEO Heng Fai Chan significantly increased his stake. The rise in the value of land in the company's target markets can lead not only to a significant increase in AEI's revenue but also to an increase in profitability. New Risk • Aug 01New major risk - Shareholder dilutionThe company's shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 326% This is considered a major risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Earnings have declined by 5.2% per year over the past 5 years. Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year (326% increase in shares outstanding). Minor Risks Share price has been volatile over the past 3 months (17% average weekly change). お知らせ • May 16Alset Inc. Receives Non-Compliance Letter from Nasdaq Regarding Minimum Bid Price RequirementOn May 13, 2025, Alset Inc. (the Company") received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (Nasdaq") notifying the Company that, because the closing bid price for the Company's common stock listed on Nasdaq was below $1.00 for 30 consecutive trading days, the Company no longer meets the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market under Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2), requiring a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share (the Minimum Bid Price Requirement"). The notification has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company's common stock. In accordance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company has a period of 180 calendar days from May 13, 2025, or until November 10, 2025, to regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement. The notification letter also disclosed that in the event the Company does not regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement by November 10, 2025, the Company may be eligible for additional time. To qualify for additional time, the Company would be required to meet the continued listing requirement for market value of publicly held shares and all other initial listing standards for The Nasdaq Capital Market, with the exception of the bid price requirement, and would need to provide written notice of its intention to cure the deficiency during the second compliance period, by effecting a reverse stock split, if necessary. However, if it appears to the staff of Nasdaq (the Staff") that the Company will not be able to cure the deficiency, or if the Company is otherwise not eligible, the Staff would notify the Company that its securities will be subject to delisting. In the event of such notification, the Company may appeal the Staff's determination to delist its securities, but there can be no assurance the Staff would grant the Company's request for continued listing. The Company intends to continue actively monitoring the bid price for its common stock between now and November 10, 2025 and will consider available options to resolve the deficiency and regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement.

New Risk • Jan 27New minor risk - Shareholder dilutionThe company's shareholders have been diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 16% This is considered a minor risk. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (23% average weekly change). Earnings have declined by 25% per year over the past 5 years. Market cap is less than US$10m (US$9.68m market cap). Minor Risk Shareholders have been diluted in the past year (16% increase in shares outstanding).

Seeking Alpha • Dec 16Alset EHome: Deep Value Case For Risk-Resistant InvestorsGiven the regular additional issues and total control by insiders, the company is not suitable for long-term deep value investors. In our opinion, buying the stock ahead of Q4 2021 results might be a good idea.
