Jiayin Group Inc. Announces Board and Executive Changes, Effective July 20, 2026 Jiayin Group Inc. On July 20, 2026 received written notice from Xiaojing Lu (“Ms. Lu”), a member of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”), of her intent to resign from the Board, effective as of July 20, 2026. Ms. Lu’s resignation also resulted in her ceasing to serve as a member of the compensation committee of the Board and a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee of the Board. Ms. Lu’s decision did not result from any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices. The Company does not anticipate immediately filling the vacancy on the Board caused by Ms. Lu’s resignation, and such vacancy will be filled upon the identification of a suitable candidate in the Board’s sole discretion. On July 20, 2026, the Company received written notice from Dan Qi (“Ms. Qi”) of her intent to resign as the Chief Risk Officer of the Company, effective as of July 20, 2026. Ms. Qi’s decision did not result from any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices. The Company has not appointed a replacement Chief Risk Officer at this time following Ms. Qi’s resignation. Jiayin Group Inc. Announces Board and Committee Changes, Effective July 1, 2026 Jiayin Group Inc. announced that Ms. Xiaojing Lu has been appointed as a director of the Company’s board of directors, a member of the compensation committee of the Board and a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee of the Board, effective as of July 1, 2026. Ms. Yifang Xu resigned from her position as a director of the Company, a member of the compensation committee of the Board and a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee of the Board, effective as of July 1, 2026, for personal reasons. Ms. Xiaojing Lu brings over 15 years of expertise in financial technology and services to the Board, with a proven track record spanning credit user growth, credit operations, and risk management. Ms. Lu has served as Vice President of Credit User Growth Operations since April 2025, spearheading the Company’s borrower acquisition, lifecycle engagement, and operational initiatives. Since joining the Company in 2019, she has been responsible for market expansion, operational scaling, and risk strategy, having previously served as Senior Director and Director of Credit User Growth Operations from 2021 to April 2025, and Senior Manager of Risk Strategy from 2019 to 2021. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Lu led risk management and credit operations teams at various financial information services firms from 2015 to 2019. She began her career at Ping An Data Technology (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. in 2011. Ms. Lu is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and she received her MBA from East China Normal University in 2023. Board Change • May 20

Jiayin Group Inc Announces Management Changes, Effective June 1, 2026 Jiayin Group Inc. announced that Ms. Dan Qi has been appointed as the Chief Risk Officer of the Company, effective as of June 1, 2026. Ms. Yifang Xu has resigned from her position as Chief Risk Officer of the Company, effective as of June 1, 2026, for personal reasons. Ms. Xu will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Ms. Dan Qi has served as the Company’s Head of Risk Policy since September 2025. She has 14 years of expertise in big data risk management at top financial technology platforms and digital financial institutions. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Qi held key risk management roles at WeBank from 2015 to 2025. As a core member of the Weilidai team, she was deeply involved in the end-to-end development of the credit risk management system and built extensive experience in team leadership and development. Between 2012 and 2015, Ms. Qi held risk management roles at Alipay, where she specialized in international payment risk control, and at Guangfa Bank Card Center, where she focused on asset risk prediction and post-credit card collection strategies. Ms. Qi received her Master’s degree in Economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2012, and her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Hubei University of Education in 2008.
