Recent investments in new manufacturing capacity and hiring, particularly in Mexico, are expected to boost net sales and free cash flow growth. LCUT's stable EBITDA, stock repurchase program, and undervaluation compared to peers suggest significant upside potential despite risks from tariffs and supply chain issues. Increase in shares outstanding: 2.7% This is considered a minor risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risk Interest payments are not well covered by earnings (1.5x net interest cover). Minor Risks Paying a dividend despite being loss-making. Shareholders have been diluted in the past year (2.7% increase in shares outstanding). Is LCUT's price volatile compared to industry and market?LCUT volatilityLCUT Average Weekly Movement17.3%Consumer Durables Industry Average Movement7.3%Market Average Movement7.2%10% most volatile stocks in US Market16.1%10% least volatile stocks in US Market3.2%安定した株価: LCUTの株価は、 US市場と比較して過去 3 か月間で変動しています。 Built、Chef'n、Chicago Metallic、Copco、Dolly Parton、Elements、Farberware、Fitz & Floyd、Fred & Friends、Hoffritz、International Silver、Kamenstein、KitchenAid、Kizmos、Melannco、Mikasa、Mikasa Hospitality、Misto、Pfaltzgraff、PlanetBox、Rabbit、Sabatier、S'well、Taylor、Towle、Wallace、Wilton Armetale、Year & Dayなど様々なブランドを所有またはライセンス供与している。 LCUT 基礎統計学時価総額US$127.30m収益(TTM)-US$26.94m売上高(TTM)US$647.93m0.3xP/Sレシオ-6.1xPER(株価収益率LCUT は割高か? これは、TTM(Trailing Twelve Month)またはLTM(Last Twelve Month)データとして知られています。

New Risk • Aug 08New major risk - Revenue and earnings growthEarnings have declined by 21% per year over the past 5 years. This is considered a major risk. Ultimately, shareholders want to see a good return on their investment and that generally comes from sharing in the company's profits. If profits are declining over an extended period, then in most cases the share price will decline over time unless the company can turn around its fortunes. A trend of falling earnings can be very difficult to turn around. If the company is well already established it may also be a sign the company has matured and is in decline. In addition, if the company pays dividends it will also likely need to reduce or cut them, striking a dual blow to total shareholder returns. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risk Earnings have declined by 21% per year over the past 5 years. Minor Risks Paying a dividend despite being loss-making. Share price has been volatile over the past 3 months (13% average weekly change). Market cap is less than US$100m (US$88.1m market cap).

Earnings per share (EPS) also missed analyst estimates significantly. Revenue is forecast to grow 1.9% p.a. on average during the next 3 years, compared to a 3.4% growth forecast for the Consumer Durables industry in the US. Over the last 3 years on average, earnings per share has fallen by 51% per year but the company’s share price has only fallen by 26% per year, which means it has not declined as severely as earnings.

New Risk • Jun 27New minor risk - Share price stabilityThe company's share price has been volatile over the past 3 months. It is more volatile than 75% of American stocks, typically moving 12% a week. This is considered a minor risk. Share price volatility indicates the stock is highly sensitive to market conditions or economic conditions rather than being sensitive to its own business performance, which may also be inconsistent. It also increases the risk of potential losses in the short term as the stock tends to have larger drops in price more frequently than other stocks. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Minor Risks Paying a dividend despite being loss-making. Share price has been volatile over the past 3 months (12% average weekly change). Market cap is less than US$100m (US$84.5m market cap).

Companies with a small market capitalization are most likely businesses that have not yet released a product to market or are simply a very small company without a wide reach. Either way, risk is elevated with these companies because there is a chance the product may not come to fruition or the company's addressable market or demand may not be as large as expected. In addition, if the company's size is the main factor, it is less likely to have many investors and analysts following it and scrutinizing its performance and outlook. Seeking Alpha • Nov 19Lifetime Brands: Manufacturing Capacity Increases, And Extremely UndervaluedSummary Lifetime Brands, Inc. boasts a diverse portfolio of well-known brands and strong connections with major retailers like Walmart, Target, and Amazon. My DCF model indicates a fair valuation of $14 per share, significantly higher than the current stock price, making LCUT a compelling buy. Read the full article on Seeking Alpha

New Risk • Apr 27New minor risk - Shareholder dilutionThe company's shareholders have been diluted in the past year.
