Comarch Announces Management Changes Comarch announced that the extraordinary general meeting has appointed Anna Pruska to the position of President of the Management Board, with Marcin Warwas and Marcin Kaleta appointed as Vice-Presidents. The changes in the composition of Comarch's Management Board took place following the death of former CEO Janusz Filipiak, who was Pruska's father. Pruska has been involved with Comarch since 2004. In 2013 she joined the company's Supervisory Board while in October 2023 she was entrusted by the Board to act as CEO.
