The changes in the composition of Comarch's Management Board took place following the death of former CEO Janusz Filipiak, who was Pruska's father. Pruska has been involved with Comarch since 2004. In 2013 she joined the company's Supervisory Board while in October 2023 she was entrusted by the Board to act as CEO. By education, Pruska is an economist and she holds a PhD in international relations.
