Bemis owns 51 percent of the acquired business. Specific terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Recently reported annual sales related to the assets to be acquired were approximately $35 million. Fredericks Michael & Co. acted as the financial advisor to Cydsa. Bemis Company, Inc., completed the acquisition of Masterpak S.A. de C.V., on May 26, 2004.
