(JASDAQ:6840) for approximately ¥500 million.BENEFIT JAPAN Co., Ltd. (TSE:3934) entered into an agreement to acquire Mobile Planning Co., Ltd. from Akiba Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:6840) for approximately ¥500 million on September 19, 2019. As per the terms of the transaction, BENEFIT JAPAN Co., Ltd. will acquire 200 shares. Post completion of the transaction, Mobile Planning Co., Ltd. will operate as the subsidiary of BENEFIT JAPAN Co., Ltd. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018, Mobile Planning Co., Ltd. reported net assets of ¥53 million, total assets of ¥211 million, net sales of ¥467 million, operating income of ¥82 million and net income of ¥50 million. The transaction was resolved in the board meeting of Benefit Japan Co., Ltd. held on September 19, 2019 and is expected to close on September 30, 2019. The transaction also has an advisory fee of ¥10 million.
