He was also actively involved in merger, acquisition, expansion, diversification, project funding and euro issue of the company. Being a dynamic professional, he has always been exploring new business opportunities and challenges. He successfully undertook a financial restructuring of the company during the period 2000 to 2002. Mr. Jayesh Shah is a member of the Governing Council of Ahmedabad Management Association.
