Mr. Wang confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. The Board announced that Mr. Teng Fei, an existing Executive Director and Deputy General Manager of the Company, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board,chairman of the nomination committee, a member of each of the remuneration committee and the investment committee of the Board as well as an authorised representative of the Company as required under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules with effect from 27 March 2024.
