Lines Limited announced that Mr. Chen Shao-Hsiang ("Mr. James Chen"), has been further appointed as the vice chairman of the Board with effect from March 28, 2025, while continuing to serve concurrently as an executive Director and vice president of the Company. Mr. James Chen, aged 41, joined the Group as a Director and vice president on September 27, 2022 and was redesignated as an executive Director on April 25, 2023. Mr. James Chen is responsible for overseeing the Group's planning, marketing and marine department and formulating the Group 's medium to long term strategies and investments. He currently holds directorships in seven subsidiaries of the Group. Mr. James Chen has over 16 years of experience in the shipping industry. Prior to joining the Group, since July 2008, he successively served in various roles in TEH Shipping Lines Co. Ltd. ("TEH Shipping") in Taiwan with his last position as a vice president since July 2018. From July 2008 to June 2009, he served as an auditor for overseas agents of TEH Shipping, where he was primarily responsible for managing the auditing the overseas agencies. From July 2009 to July 2014, he served as a planning specialist in the planning department of TEH Shipping, where he was primarily responsible for service design and financial analysis and agency management.
