The company now runs large-scale GPU infrastructure and serves more than 200 enterprise customers, including telecom and cloud service providers, which increases its exposure to commercial AI workloads in the Greater Bay Area. The stock trades at HK$11.80, with the share price up 128.2% year to date, reflecting strong recent momentum in how the market is treating the AI pivot. Taken together, the Tendon Data acquisition, state-backed funding and expanded customer base indicate that Greater Bay Area AI Computing Tech is placing significant strategic emphasis on AI infrastructure. At the same time, the rapid share price rise highlights execution risk and the delivery on AI projects as key factors to monitor.ライブニュース • Jun 22Greater Bay Area AI Computing Tech Wins Approval for New Issuance and Buyback MandatesGreater Bay Area AI Computing Tech shareholders approved all AGM resolutions, including mandates to issue new shares and repurchase existing shares, alongside director re-elections and the auditor appointment. The share issuance and buyback mandates give the company wider capital management options that could affect its capital structure and support its focus on AI computing infrastructure, while also influencing how existing shareholders are diluted or supported over time. The stock last traded at HK$13.15, with a year-to-date gain of 154.4%, although it has seen periods of sharp volatility. The combination of fresh issuance capacity and a buyback mandate means future capital decisions will matter even more for investors who are sensitive to dilution risk, valuation and the timing of any repurchases.分析記事 • Jun 20Greater Bay Area AI Computing Tech (SEHK:1396) Stock Looks Rich After AGM BackingShareholders of Greater Bay Area AI Computing Tech (SEHK:1396) recently approved all resolutions at the annual general meeting, including mandates to issue and repurchase shares, giving the company added flexibility around its AI computing focused plans. ライブニュース • Jul 09Greater Bay Area AI Computing Tech Acquires Tendon Data and Gains State-Backed Funding for AI ExpansionGreater Bay Area AI Computing Tech has completed the acquisition of Tendon Data, rebranded its corporate identity in 2026, and secured new capital from Futian state-owned investors to expand its AI computing operations. ライブニュース • Jun 22Greater Bay Area AI Computing Tech Wins Approval for New Issuance and Buyback MandatesGreater Bay Area AI Computing Tech shareholders approved all AGM resolutions, including mandates to issue new shares and repurchase existing shares, alongside director re-elections and the auditor appointment. New Risk • Nov 05New major risk - Shareholder dilutionThe company's shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 38% This is considered a major risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risk Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year (38% increase in shares outstanding). Minor Risks Share price has been volatile over the past 3 months (11% average weekly change). Large one-off items impacting financial results.

New Risk • Nov 01New major risk - Shareholder dilutionThe company's shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 79% This is considered a major risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (22% average weekly change). Earnings have declined by 51% per year over the past 5 years. Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year (79% increase in shares outstanding).
