The Board announced that Dr. Lu Jun ("Dr. Lu") has been appointed as an executive Director with effect from 24 July 2026. Dr. Lu, aged 49, has extensive experience in technology research and development. Mr. Lu obtained a Doctoral Degree in Computer Science from University of California, Irvine in December 2008 and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from University of California, Irvine in December 2003. He also obtained a Master Degree in Computer Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in April 2000 and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in September 1997. Dr. Lu has been appointed as an independent director of Scienjoy Holding Corporation (a company listed on NASDAQ with stock code: SJ) since July 2023. In August 2021, he co-founded Version X LLC, a startup company focusing on software creation services for product scaling on the Internet (the "Version X"). Mr. Lu obtained a Doctoral Degree in Computer Science from University of California, Irvine in December 2008 and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from University of California, Irvine in December 2003. He also obtained a Master Degree in Computer Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in April 2000 and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in September 1997. Dr. Lu has been appointed as an independent director of Scienjoy Holding Corporation (a company listed on NASDAQ with stock code: SJ) since July 2023.
