Rosie, who was selected as part of the Board's ongoing succession planning, is a proven non-executive director with considerable experience chairing audit and risk committees for UK-listed businesses. Rosie is a Chartered Accountant and former audit partner at PwC, with over 30 years of audit experience across multiple sectors. She brings extensive knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, risk management and governance. Rosie is the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Foxtons Group PLC and Workspace Group PLC, and a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Paypoint plc. On joining SThree's Board, Rosie will also be appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk, Nominations and Remuneration Committees.
