お知らせ • Feb 20Spartoo Announces the Judicial Liquidation of Its Subsidiary TOOSTORES R1 at the Initiative of Its ManagerSpartoo announced that at the initiative of its manager, the decision of the Grenoble Commercial Court, by judgment of on February 19, 2025, to open a judicial liquidation procedure for TOOSTORES R1, created in 2015, involving the immediate cessation of activity at its 22 points of sales, including 10 owned stores, with a total workforce of 54 employees. It is specified that this entity contributed to the balance sheet and income statement aggregates of the Spartoo Group as a whole. TOOSTORES R1 generated revenue of around €6 million, with a net loss of around €2 million as of December 31, 2024.
