The Sleep automatically generates a summary of the section played while the timer was Timer Recaps active. When the listener wakes up, they are greeted with a brief overview of what they missed, allowing them to jump back to the right moment without the frustration of manual rewinding. The rollout has already begun in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, the Netherlands and Bulgaria, and the features are initially available on thousands of titles in the Storytel catalog, with plans to gradually expand across the entire library and to more markets throughout the year.お知らせ • Feb 12Storytel AB (publ) announces Annual dividend, payable on May 12, 2026Storytel AB (publ) announced Annual dividend of SEK 1.5000 per share payable on May 12, 2026, ex-date on May 06, 2026 and record date on May 07, 2026.お知らせ • Feb 11Storytel AB (publ), Annual General Meeting, May 05, 2026Storytel AB (publ), Annual General Meeting, May 05, 2026.お知らせ • Nov 18+ 2 more updatesStorytel AB (publ) to Report Q2, 2026 Results on Jul 28, 2026Storytel AB (publ) announced that they will report Q2, 2026 results on Jul 28, 2026お知らせ • Oct 29Storytel AB (publ) to Report Q1, 2026 Results on Apr 28, 2026Storytel AB (publ) announced that they will report Q1, 2026 results on Apr 28, 2026最新情報をもっと見るRecent updatesBoard Change • May 20High number of new directorsIndependent Chairman Helene Barnekow was the last director to join the board, commencing their role in 2024.お知らせ • May 06Storytel AB Introduces Ai-Powered Recaps and Sleep Timer Recaps FeaturesStorytel AB (publ) built features directly around the habits and behaviors of its audience, making the audiobook experience more frictionless than ever. The features are designed to make every interaction with stories more immersive, accessible, and personalized - from new interactive elements to smarter recommendations and expanded content offerings. Read and listen at the same time with the synced listening feature. This highly anticipated and requested feature allows users to read along with the audiobook text in order to navigate, stay engaged, and quickly re-enter the context of the audiobook. With this feature, users can easily check a sentence they didn't quite hear or see how a certain name is spelled. This is an update for anyone seeking a completely immersive reading experience, especially those with concentration difficulties or individuals learning to read or learning a new language. Synced listening is rolling out gradually to users in Sweden on titles from selected publishers who have opted in for being a part of this launch from September 24th. The feature will expand to more users in more markets in the upcoming months. Find the book on Storytel with Story Scan. Among the new advancements is the brand-new camera search feature, a seamless bridge between physical and digital literary worlds. Imagine this: you're at a friend's house and a book catches eye. You're intrigued so want to check if it's available on Storytel. With Storytel's new camera search Story Scan, this is made incredibly simple. Just take a photo of the book's cover with phone, and voila - Storytel will instantly identify the title and serve the audiobook or ebook version. This feature is designed to eliminate friction, making it easier than ever to transition between formats and discover new stories. It's about empowering the users to engage with books on their own terms, whether they prefer the physical book or the immersive journey of an audiobook. Story Scan is rolling out to users in all Storytel markets from September 29nd. This will allow publishers to upload audiobooks with Dolby Atmos, offering listeners more clarity, detail, and depth for a richer listening experience. Imagine being able to hear the rustle of leaves behind, or subtle nuances of a character's voice as if are right there in the scene. This creates a truly multisensory experience that goes beyond traditional stereo sound and this enhancement will give Storytel subscribers an unparalleled level of immersion. Users can expect a suite of titles with Dolby Atmos spatial sound technology to be added to the service during the fall. Somother search experience for all audiobooks and e-books will be introduced. This innovation is designed to bridge the current experience gap, particularly for non-fiction titles, and to facilitate a much smoother transition between different formats; physical books, e-books, and audiobooks. With this new feature, users will no longer be limited by format when seeking information or revisiting passages. This enhanced search functionality will empower users to quickly locate and engage with the exact content they're searching for, whether they prefer to read or listen. Improving recommendations with USBN - a new book identifier for the streaming era. ISBN, often described as a book's social security number, has been used as the international identifier for books since the 1970s. It's well established in the industry, but in the streaming era it creates challenges: an ISBN doesn't show whether two titles are just different editions of the same work. As a result, if a user searches for "The Great Gatsby," they may be served many separate versions of the same book, making discovery harder than it needs to be. To make it easier and more enjoyable for users to find exactly the book they're looking for, Storytel has developed USBN - a new type of identifier of audiobooks that connects different editions, formats and translations under one universal identifier.お知らせ • Aug 29Storytel AB (Publ) Announces Chief Financial Officer ChangesStorytel Group announced that company and CFO Peter Messner have agreed that Messner will leave his position, which he has held since June 2023. Total value of shares sold: €3.8m This is considered a minor risk. There are several reasons why an insider may be selling, including to cover a tax obligation or pay for some other expense. However, we generally consider it a negative if insiders have been selling, especially if they do so below the current price. It implies that they considered a lower price to be reasonable. This is a weak signal, but if there is a pattern of unexplained selling, it can be a sign the insider believes the company's stock is overpriced. Note: We only include open market transactions and private dispositions of directly owned stock by individuals, not by corporations or trusts. This is currently the only risk that has been identified for the company.お知らせ • Nov 01Storytel Announces Resignation of Joakim Rubin from the Board of DirectorsStorytel announces the resignation of Joakim Rubin from the Board of Directors of company, effective as of 1 November 2024. Total value of shares sold: €691k This is considered a minor risk. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Minor Risks Share price has been volatile over the past 3 months (7.5% average weekly change). お知らせ • May 06Storytel AB Introduces Ai-Powered Recaps and Sleep Timer Recaps FeaturesStorytel AB (publ) built features directly around the habits and behaviors of its audience, making the audiobook experience more frictionless than ever. The two latest AI-powered features Recaps and Sleep Timer Recaps are designed to solve the problem of 'where did I leave off?', and ultimately help users finish more books. Following a successful pilot in Sweden, these AI-powered features are now expanding to more markets. The idea is to provide concise recaps of previous plot points, ensuring a seamless transition back into the story – whether the user paused for a week or just fell asleep mid-chapter. Storytel’s new feature is designed for the modern, multi-format book lover. By providing Recaps AI-powered recaps of previous listening sessions, users can quickly orient themselves before they hit play. It’s perfect for those picking up a series after a break, or after reading a physical book and switching to the audiobook. Recaps then help identify exactly where the audio picks up and help users finish more stories. Internal data shows that over 100,000 users in Sweden alone use Storytel’s sleep timer every night, but 63% struggle the next morning to find the exact moment they drifted off. The Sleep automatically generates a summary of the section played while the timer was Timer Recaps active. When the listener wakes up, they are greeted with a brief overview of what they missed, allowing them to jump back to the right moment without the frustration of manual rewinding. Recaps use AI technology to help users catch up, but the work of authors and narrators stays protected. The rollout has already begun in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, the Netherlands and Bulgaria, and the features are initially available on thousands of titles in the Storytel catalog, with plans to gradually expand across the entire library and to more markets throughout the year.

お知らせ • Sep 24Storytel Launches Innovative Product Features to Elevate the User ExperienceStorytel is launching several innovative product features that will enable book lovers to experience stories in completely new ways. To make it easier and more enjoyable for users to find exactly the book they're looking for, Storytel has developed USBN - a new type of identifier of audiobooks that connects different editions, formats and translations under one universal identifier.
