The management team of CITO will retain the remaining 49% stake. CITO will continue to be a separate and independent company which will run under the same brand. Jürgen Mariën will remain as Chief Executive Officer, Oliver Kellermann as Director of Sales and R&D, René Seick as Director of Technology and Thomas Gerner will soon be named as Chief Finance Offier, and the whole management team will be retained.
