Logan Energy Corp. announced that it expects to receive CAD 30.00008 million in funding Logan Energy Corp. announced that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters with National Bank Financial Inc. as sole bookrunner and co-lead underwriter and Eight Capital as co-lead underwriter pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase for resale on a private placement, bought deal basis, 41,096,000 common shares at an issue price of CAD 0.73 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately 30,000,080 on September 11, 2024.
