Strand dimensions are highly customizable, ranging from 2.5 mm to 12.0 mm in width and 1.0 mm to 5.0 mm in thickness, with transposition pitches adjustable between 25 mm and 200 mm. Advanced Insulation Capabilities: HIRECT's enameling lines can apply four distinct types of coating insulation to suit various thermal and electrical classes. For paper insulation, the advanced machinery can tightly wrap up to 32 layers in a single pass for CTC, and up to 8 layers in a single pass for PICC.
