Rotork plc Proposes Final Dividend for 2025 , Payable on 2 June 2026 Rotork plc Board is proposing a final dividend of 5.35 pence per share. When taken together with the 2.95 pence interim dividend paid in September 2025, the full year dividend of 8.30 pence (2024: 7.75 pence per share) represents a 7.1% increase in dividends over the prior year.
