As an ex-Verizon customer, I've found that they had lost their pricing power due to competition catching up in coverage and made the switch myself. Their focus on mmWave over midrange 5g was a mistake and slap in the face of their loyal cell customers. However, they have a distinct advantage for 5g in b2b applications. If they can offer more competitive cell deals and retain customers while building revenue in b2b sales as well as the frontier deal and refocusing on fiber they can see positive growth once again.
