International expansion via the Cactus International acquisition and rapid growth in Spoolable Technologies are driving a more resilient, less cyclical earnings profile. While WHD trades at a premium valuation, its debt-free balance sheet, growing backlog, and diversified earnings mix support continued quality-driven outperformance, albeit with limited margin of safety.
