Aventis Energy Intersects Anomalous Radioactivity in Multiple Drill Holes At the Corvo Uranium Project and Concludes Inaugural Drill Program Aventis Energy Inc. announced that drilling activities have been completed at the Company’s Corvo Uranium Project (“Corvo” or the “Project”) located near Wollaston Lake in northeastern Saskatchewan. The inaugural drill program (the “Program”) was designed to begin testing the Manhattan, Brooklyn and Tribeca target areas for basement hosted uranium mineralization. The Project is currently under a three-year earn-in option agreement (the “Option Agreement”) with Standard Uranium Ltd. (“Standard”). Pursuant to the Option Agreement, the Company has been granted an option (the “Option”) to earn a 75% interest in the Project by funding CAD 6 Million in exploration expenditures over three (3) years. The winter 2026 drill program was funded by the Company and operated by Standard. The winter drill Program was comprised of 2,457 metres across ten (10) drill holes, seven of which intersected anomalous radioactivity within multiple intervals. One (1) drill hole was restarted due to difficult ground conditions. The inaugural Program began testing three (3) high-priority target areas defined by data integration and modeling of a Project-wide Time-Domain Electromagnetic (“TDEM”) survey, a 5,185-station ground gravity survey, and surficial geological information. Targets were selected and prioritized through an iterative approach working in collaboration with Convolutions Geoscience Corporation, targeting compelling geophysical signatures and favorable geological/structural settings. Recent prospecting and mapping across the Project outlined multiple mineralized outcrops and boulders, including the Manhattan showing which returned results up to 8.10% U3O8 at surface. The nine (9) completed drill holes encountered highly favorable geological settings for basement-hosted uranium deposits, including: Twenty-three (23) metres of anomalous radioactivity (>300 cps) intersected across multiple intervals in seven (7) drill holes, often associated with structurally disturbed and altered rock. Fault zones were encountered in multiple holes, many featuring prominent brittle reactivation features including breccias, cataclasites, fault gouge, strong fracturing and local shearing all of which are consistent with uranium mineralization in the region. Drill core samples have been collected systematically throughout all drill holes for whole-rock multi-element geochemical analysis and samples from zones of anomalous radioactivity have been submitted to SRC Geoanalytical Laboratories in Saskatoon for U3O8 and Rare Earth Element (“REE”) assay. These analytical results will be integrated with the detailed logging information and geophysical datasets to prioritize follow-up target areas for future drill testing, in addition to testing of numerous other priority regional targets. The Company believes the Project is highly prospective for the discovery of shallow, high-grade basement-hosted uranium mineralization akin to the Rabbit Lake deposit and the recently discovered GMZ and Ackio zone. Located just outside the current margin of the Athabasca Basin, Corvo boasts more than twenty-nine (29) km of structural corridors with multiple untested drill targets with minimal cover of glacial till. This first pass drill program marks the first drilling on the Project in more than forty (40) years, and the results confirm critical metal fertility across multiple target areas. Aventis Energy Inc. Initiates Winter Drill Program At Corvo Uranium Project, Southeast Athabasca Basin Aventis Energy Inc. announced that drilling activities have commenced at the Company's 12,364-hectare Corvo Uranium Project located near Wollaston Lake in northeastern Saskatchewan. Aventis Energy Set to Drill the Corvo Project Including the High-Grade Manhattan Uranium Showing with 8.10% U3O8 Surface Sample Aventis Energy Inc. announced that mobilization is underway for the maiden diamond drilling campaign at the Company's Corvo Uranium Project ("Corvo" or the "Project"), located in the eastern Athabasca Basin region. The winter 2026 program will focus on the Manhattan Showing, an area characterized by significant surface mineralization with outcrop samples grab samples returning up to 8.10% U3O8 along a NE-SW trending electromagnetic ("EM") corridor coincident with low gravity anomalies. Prepares to Mobilize for Inaugural Drill Program and Announces Completion of Ground Gravity Survey on the Corvo Uranium Project Aventis Energy Inc. announced the completion of an extensive high-resolution ground gravity survey across the Corvo Uranium Project. Additionally, the Company and Standard Uranium are pleased to announce that final planning is complete for the inaugural winter drill program on the Corvo Uranium Project ("Corvo", or the "Project"), situated in the prolific eastern Athabasca Basin region. Exploration teams will be mobilizing to the field in early February, ahead of schedule. Uranium target zones on the Project lie within less than 200 - 300 metres below surface. Aventis Energy Inc. Receives Drill Permits and Initiates Ground Gravity Survey on the Corvo Uranium Project Aventis Energy Inc. announced exploration permits have been received for the Corvo Uranium Project. Work programs under the 18-month permits will include high-resolution geophysical surveys and the Company’s first drill program on the Project beginning in January 2026. The Company contracted MWH Geo-Surveys (Canada) Ltd. to complete an extensive 50 m x 200 m ground gravity survey covering more than twenty-nine kilometers of conductive strike length, which will aid in identifying density anomalies that may represent hydrothermal alteration systems coinciding with uranium fertile electromagnetic conductor trends. MWH mobilized to the Project on November 24, 2025, and the survey will be comprised of more than five thousand individual gravity measurement stations. Following completion of the gravity survey, a skid-assisted diamond drill program totalling approximately three thousand metres is planned for January 2026, which will mark the first drill program on the Project in more than forty years. Drilling will target high-priority areas including the never-before-drilled Manhattan Showing and other newly identified radioactive occurrences across the Project. Outcrop grab samples collected earlier this year returned uranium assays reaching a maximum of 8.10% U3O8 at the Manhattan Showing. The Project is located 60 km due east of Cameco’s McArthur River mine and 45 km northeast of Atha Energy’s Gemini Mineralized Zone. Earlier this year, the Company contracted Axiom Exploration Group Ltd. in partnership with New Resolution Geophysics to carry out a helicopter-borne Xcite time domain electromagnetic and total field magnetic survey over the Project. The survey totalled approximately 1,380 line-kms with a traverse line spacing of 100 m and tie-line spacing of 1,000 m. The airborne TDEM survey outlines several kilometers of conductive anomalies and magnetic features in bedrock, effectively enhancing the resolution of more than twenty-nine kilometres of conductive trends on the Project. Ongoing geophysical interpretation and modeling is being completed to integrate historical surveys with newly collected datasets, which will provide high-priority drill targets and significantly derisk the Project prior to modern drilling in 2026. In July of 2025, Standard Uranium Ltd. as operator completed the Company’s first prospecting and mapping program on the Project with the objective of ground-truth sampling historical uranium showings including the Manhattan Showing, which returned results up to 59,800 ppm uranium (total digestion). The Company identified zones of off-scale radioactivity (>65,535 cps on a handheld RS-125 Super-Spec) and collected hand samples which returned results ranging from 0.72% to 8.10% U3O8, the highest grades ever reported on the Project. New drill targets were developed based on previously undocumented radioactive showings, and an NI 43-101 technical report was filed on the Project, highlighting high-grade surface mineralization at the Manhattan Showing. Aventis Energy Bolsters Targets Along Uranium Trends At the Corvo Uranium Project with Korrai Technologies Aventis Energy Inc. announced that, in partnership with KorrAI Technologies Inc. it has identified hotspots of biogeochemically stressed vegetation that may be linked to the presence of radiogenic compounds and radon related to uranium mineralization at the Corvo Project. The Project is comprised of 12,265 hectares of uranium exploration real estate located along the eastern margin of Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin. KorrAI completed a satellite-based remote sensing study powered by geology-driven artificial intelligence (the Program). Hyperspectral data were analyzed and processed to identify potential areas of biogeochemically stress vegetation potentially caused by environmental stressors such as radiogenic compounds. Indicated incidences of elevated biogeochemical stress - Class 1 interpretation. According to KorrAI, these anomalies may correspond closely with favourable basement lithologies and faulted graphitic horizons previously identified through airborne geophysics and surface mapping. The results reinforce the Project area's potential to host shallow-cover, basement-hosted uranium mineralization analogous to other Athabasca region deposits.
