Victory Battery Metals Drills 137 Ft At 1023 Li Ppm, Including 85 Ft At 1267 Li Ppm with A High Intercept of 1620 Li Ppm in Its 23-01 Drill Hole At Its Smokey Lithium, Nevada Property Victory Battery Metals announced the drill results from its Phase 2 drilling program at its Smokey Lithium Nevada property, which include a strong correlation to its Phase 1 2022 drill program confirming a significant area of interest and positive indications for continued exploration. Hole 23-01 – From 264 feet to end of hole 536.5 feet, intersected 695 parts per million (“ppm”) lithium in claystone, including 858 ppm Li over 210 feet from 327 feet to 537 feet, 1023 ppm Li over 137 feet from 391 feet to 528 feet, and 1267 ppm Li over 85 feet from 434 feet to 519 feet. Hole 23-01 maximum intercept of 1620 ppm Li occurred over 8 feet from 464 feet to 472 feet. Hole 23-01 compares favourably to Hole 22-09 from our previous drill program, correlating in lithology but with higher Li ppm values to 22-09, achieving a main objective of this drill program to test the bottom of the claystone, noting that 2022’s Hole-09 ended in significant claystone hosted lithium mineralization at 417 feet. Planned for a 3-hole program, the Company expanded to 4 holes as announced on 25 April 2023.1 Hole 23-02 reaching claystone at 11 feet and being terminated at 155 feet due to adverse ground conditions that involved swelling clay and the collapse of the hole. Hole 23-03 was drilled to a depth of 617.5 feet, averaging 218 ppm Li for 64.5 feet from 203.5 feet to 268 feet. Hole 23-05 intersected claystone at surface and averaging 303 ppm Li from surface to 220 feet, with highest intercepts of 620 ppm Li for 9.5 feet from 77.5 feet to 87 feet, 530 ppm Li for 9.5 feet from 134.5 feet to 144 feet, and 410 ppm Li for 9 feet from 192 feet to 201 feet. Drilling of the property is still at an early stage with 7 holes now completed. Strong lithium mineralization within claystone units of the Esmeralda Formation have been intersected at depth below gravel cover in holes 22-09 and 23-01. Encouragingly, the final hole of the spring 2023 program intersected mineralized claystone at surface in hole 23-05. This hole is a large step out from the mineralized area around 22-09 and 23-01. While the mineralization was hit in the first drill interval in 23-05, thin soil cover obscures the presence of these lithium mineralized claystone units at the ground surface. Hole 23-05 opens a new area for exploration of on the property and within the new extension to property recently staked. This portion of the property has not been a focus area from prospecting previously and when combined with the large extension to the property via the newly staked 2000+ acres of ground, a high priority target area presents itself. The at surface position of the claystones in 23-05 opens up a new avenue for exploration where, for instance, shallow soil sampling with an auger could be used to quickly map new areas of thinly concealed mineralization over a large area in the southwest portion of the property. Enertopia Corporation Reports High Lithium Assay to Date at 1520 PPM Kelowna, British Columbia Enertopia Corporation provided the following lithium project update. In 2022 were successful in discovering an area of green claystone ranging from 15 feet to 130 feet below the surface. All holes bottomed in Li claystone and were open at depth. goal for the 2023 drilling program was to better define the zones of higher-grade lithium, and build upon the grade, thickness and areal extent of Li claystone distribution encountered in last year's program. DH23-01 was a 400 foot, step out to the east from hole DH22-07 drilled last year. DH23-01 not only increased the aerial extent of the deposit but also increased the known thickness by 280 feet with the best grades intersected thus far on the project. DH23-03 was drilled on a line between DH22-01 and DH22-05, 500 feet NNW from DH22-01. The company expected this hole to confirm the grades intersected last year from DH22-01 and 05. But the returned grades were lower than expected at this location. DH23-09 was drilled 2,950 feet SSW from DH22-10 to test the southwest part of the WT project area. It confirmed the Li claystone is widespread and still open at a depth of 317 feet. Four intercepts of over 1,000 ppm were intersected in this hole in the interval from 205 - 3110 feet.DH23-08 and DH23-12 were drilled 975 feet and 1,500 feet east respectively of DH23-09 to test for the eastern extent of the higher-grade part of the deposit. Early analysis indicates potentially higher grades remain at depth as both holes ended with their ppm Li values being 750 ppm and 800 ppm Li respectively. Duyuru • Feb 16
Enertopia Corp. Provides Drilling Update and WT Lithium Project Timeline Enertopia Corp. provided the following lithium project update. The company report NOI to drill has been filed with the BLM. The company expects to hear back within the next 30 days. The company is working hard on the logistics front and drilling could commence as early as March 2023. Building on last year's successful inaugural drilling program at our West Tonopah Lithium project, the NOI is for permitting 12 holes with maximum drilling depths to 450 feet for each hole, for an estimated total drilling program of 5,400 feet. The program's focus will be on completing drill holes into the known areas of the higher-grade upper claystone horizon, which is currently estimated to cover approximately 640 acres. The additional drill hole data will further help to define the stratigraphic and structural controls affecting claystone deposition & preservation over the area. For reference, the Clayton Valley project the company sold to Cypress Development Corp. in May 2022 covered 160 acres. Based on last year's drilling data, and the proposed 2023 drilling program, the company expects to come up with a measured/indicated and inferred resource over the estimated 640 acres of higher-grade upper claystone horizon. Upon completion of the 2023 drilling program, the Company will commission the writing of an inaugural 43-101 report for the West Tonopah Project. If possible, the Company may look at completing a preliminary feasibility study in 2024 pending the 43-101 results and recommendations from the report. Recent pre-feasibility news from American Lithium Corp, on February 1,2023 which owns the TLC project one mile north of our West Tonopah Project, showed that the Magnesium that is an element that needs to be removed in the lithium extraction process could be turned into MgS04 which currently sells for USD 150 per tonne. In the pre-feasibility report this could have a material positive effect on lowering the cost per tonne to produce Li2C03. This information should also be relative to future development potential on our West Tonopah project. Duyuru • Jan 26

Enertopia Corporation Reports First Drilling Assays as High as 1,290 PPM Lithium Enertopia Corporation provided the following update. Enertopia is delighted to report the following drilling update from its 1,760 acre West Tonopah project just minutes west of Tonopah, NV. As of July 7th, the complete assays from the five drill holes, drilled to a total depth of 120 feet each, have been received and analyzed. OBSERVATIONS: Overburden varied from a very shallow 13 feet to a maximum of 47.5 feet on the above holes. The company is pleased to have encountered good near surface grades of Lithium claystone covering an area of 4,800 lineal feet North-South, and 1,200 lineal feet West to East in the above five holes. This phase of drilling has resulted in the confirmation that the lithium claystone horizon was far thicker than originally expected and remains open to depth. As a result of these findings, it will need to run a follow up deeper drilling program, which will allow to test the extent of the Light green oxidized claystone horizon, and potential subsequent claystone horizons at depth. Visually there were at least three different claystone's encountered on the project in different holes. So far the company only have assays for the shallow drill holes that have confirmed that the near surface green claystone has indeed been enriched with lithium. All samples were submitted to ALS Global in Reno, Nev., for analysis by ME-ICP61 plus Lithium. standards were inserted into the sample sequences at random intervals. Duyuru • Jul 02

Enertopia Corporation Announces Filing of Two Patent Pending Applications Enertopia Corporation provided the following update. The patent attorneys have informed first two provisional patent applications have been converted into non-provisional patent applications and submitted for examination by the USPTO. These filings are the result of continued diligence in striving for a more economically and environmentally friendly way to extract energy from waste heat and they believe these systems will have useful applications in residential, commercial and mining applications. This technology will allow them to create a closed system loop where only solar energy is used to both start and complete the lithium solutions processing. This will be done by taking the excess heat from solar panels, and using it to heat a lithium brine solution to the desired ambient temperature of 122F to 140F for the 3 - 4 hour processing cycle. Any excess process water will be kept in insulated storage tanks for use as new batches of lithium solution begin processing. Additionally, excess PV production will be stored by batteries and controlled by a BMS (Battery Management System). As Enertopia moves forward towards goal of creating a low carbon pilot plant, they realized that there were certain inefficiencies associated with PV panels which could be used to advantage while processing the lithium claystone found on claim. In particular, they found that the PV panels are subject to significant heat stress as temperatures rise. Manufacturers generally rate PV panels at a temperature of 77F, while field work in the desert of Nevada showed temperatures on the back of the panels regularly exceeding 140F, damaging the PV panels (resulting in a shorter life span) while also losing significant output. The patent application directly addresses this issue. The effect of temperature on solar panel efficiency Another goal of this project will soon be put through beta testing and monitoring verification. Upon completion of this testing phase, an unnamed 3rd party that has a three-megawatt solar array has agreed for them to do real-time comparative testing on their PV sub-arrays. The goal will be to increase their PV production while simultaneously removing the heat stress, which will in turn prolong the life of their PV panels, a common problem associated with running solar arrays in hot, arid regions. As with most electronic equipment, excess heat can be a killer and solar panel arrays are no different. The performance of solar panels declines as they heat up, and decreased power output is the result. The industry manufacturers rate their products' susceptibility to increasing panel temperature, where It is standard practice to test solar panels for power output at 77 °F. So, if a panel is rated to have a temperature coefficient of -0.50% per 1.8°F above 77 °F, that panel's output power will decrease by half of a percent for every 1.8F degrees the temperature rises above (77 °F). With it being common for PV panels to reach temperatures of 137F, a solar array being 60F into the heat stress zone would equal a decrease of 15% or more on the solar array output. Other aspects of heat stress include heat fatigue causing permanent PV cell failure, string loss downtime and 100% production loss. With over 1.2TW (Terawatts) of worldwide PV installed capacity, and another 100 Gigawatts of PV capacity coming online per year, the inefficiencies that are currently experienced due to overheating are quite extensive, and expensive. As the world transitions to a low carbon-based energy system they feel that there is a large untapped market for the Enertopia technology beyond just the processing of lithium claystone. The technology has been designed so that it can be retrofitted onto existing PV panels, and they are confident that upcoming trial run at the 3 megawatt solar array will validate the results they have seen in own field experiments. Expected benefits of using the Enertopia Technology: A Potential increase of >10% or greater on an annual basis in electrical PV system output, Removal of panel heat stress, which is a major contributor to below nameplate output and panel failure. Substantial Increase in PV System lifetime, thus improving the ROI for all users from home use to utility scale solar projects. Duyuru • May 20

Enertopia Corporation Stakes Approximately 1,760 Acres, Covering 88 Lode Claims, Prospective for Lithium Claystone in the Big Smoky Valley of Western Nevada Enertopia Corporation has staked approximately 1,760 acres, covering 88 lode claims, prospective for Lithium Claystone in the Big Smoky Valley of western Nevada. Respective payments have been made to the County and BLM for the year ending August 31, 2022. Enertopia proudly owns 100% of the project, with no royalties payable. Property Drilling Two samples from one location, which the company is naming the West Tonopah Project, returned 570 and 620 ppm Lithium at near surface. These outcrops were primarily light greenish exposures of claystone, mudstone and volcaniclastic deposits forming part of a sequence of uplifted paleo-lake deposits on the flank of the basin. Based on these results the company decided to bring in a man-portable drill. The company then completed four shallow holes using a man-portable drill to try and intersect the lithium claystone horizon. The goal was to intersect Lithium claystone with values greater than 400 ppm used as a minimum threshold cut-off in a future 43-101 resource estimate, after a full-scale drilling program takes place. Due to the limitations of the capacity of the man-portable drill, the depth of the holes was limited to approximately 15 feet. Drill Hole #1, which was drilled at the outcrop exposure of the 570 ppm Li sample reported above, intersected 12 feet of lithium claystone. The claystone was found from 2 feet below the surface to 14 feet below the surface (which was the end of hole), and had an average grade of 750 ppm Li, with the last 4 feet of the hole running at 860 ppm Li. Drill Hole #3, which was drilled 3,600 feet due south from Drill Hole #1, intersected lithium claystone from the surface down to 14 feet in depth, with an average grade of 532 ppm Li. The highest-grade interval was from the surface down to 4 feet, which ran 730 ppm Li. The other fence of two drill holes did not intersect the Claystone horizon, but rather the Siebert tuff with values of Li running 200 to 270 ppm Li. Exploration and Drilling Summary: The company has confirmed that the at-near surface Lithium claystone deposit spans over 3,600 feet, open both to the South and North of the recent drill holes & also to the West and East. The company also very encouraged that best surface sample of 620 ppm Li was located over 300 feet north of DH1, and the company still have 3,000 feet to northern boundary of claim block to explore. Next Steps: Enertopia consultant's will be on the project in early April for more detailed mapping, and to determine locations for the upcoming resource definition drilling program which will be focused between and around DH1 and DH3. Along with this resource defined drilling program, a concurrent second drill program will test the property for Lithium claystone where it could not be located at or near surface. Duyuru • Jan 15
