She has extensive experience as a director on ASX, TSX and NYSE listed companies as well as government and not-for-profit boards. Dr Guthrie is currently Chair of IGO Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Santos Limited, Lynas Rare Earths Limited and Orica Limited. She is also Deputy Chair of Cricket Australia and Chancellor of Curtin University. Dr Guthrie brings deep experience overseeing asset-intensive, safety-critical operations, complex regulatory environments and long-term capital investment, with a strong focus on sustainability and stakeholder engagement. Cleanaway Waste Management Limited (ASX:CWY) acquired Waste And Recycling Business and Assets Of Citywide from Citywide Service Solutions Pty Ltd for AUD 110 million. Cleanaway Waste Management Limited (ASX:CWY) agreed to acquire Waste and Recycling Business and Assets of Citywide from Citywide Service Solutions Pty Ltd for AUD 110 million on June 24, 2024. The transaction will be fully debt funded and Cleanaway remains committed to maintaining a strong group credit profile. The acquisition is subject to a range of conditions precedent including ACCC approval. For the period ending February 2024, Waste and Recycling Business and Assets of Citywide reported EBIT of AUD 6.4 million and EBITDA of AUD 10.7 million. Kam Jamshidi of Herbert Smith Freehills acted as legal advisor to Citywide Service Solutions Pty Ltd.
Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) approved the transaction on May 15, 2025. The acquisition is expected to be completed around end of 2025.

The appointment will be effective immediately. Mr. Cole has over 35 years' business experience in large public companies in executive and non- executive leadership roles. Rob has deep expertise in commercial operations, business strategy and planning obtained primarily in the energy, resources, infrastructure and legal industries. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Inghams Group Limited, where she chairs the Risk and Sustainability Committee and Qube Limited, where she chairs the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Following on from company's announcement on 6 June regarding the retirement of Ray Smith, Michael Kelly has succeeded Mr. Smith as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Clive Stiff has also been appointed as a member the Audit and Risk Committee and the Sustainability Committee. In light of these changes and to support continuity in the leadership of Cleanaway, Terry Sinclair will seek re-election at the 2023 Cleanaway AGM.
