Vnue, Inc. Announces the Appointment of Tony Cardenas-Montana to the Role of Chief Technical Officer VNUE, Inc. announced the appointment of Tony Cardenas-Montana to the role of Chief Technical Officer, in addition to his existing role as Chief Creative Officer. Tony's long tech career started as soon as he laid his guitar down fresh from touring with his platinum-selling Capitol Records recording act, Great White. Entrepreneurialism has its ups and downs, and Cardenas wouldn't experience real success again until he co-founded and developed DiskFaktory.com in 2002, a precedent setting ecommerce site that was the first to offer CD and DVD duplication services over the web. Then, in 2010, Cardenas who was doing a quick stint as a fill-in musician with Guns-n-Roses guitarist Slash on his solo tour in Asia, met fellow musician and techie, Zach Bair, whose company was producing instant live discs on the Australian leg of the tour. Their obvious mutual interests led to a partnering and continued development of what has become the VNUE brand of entertainment-based subsidiaries. Duyuru • Aug 13

VNUE, Inc. Announces Most Advanced Version of Soundstr Platform Yet VNUE, Inc. announced the newest and most advanced version of its Soundstr audio recognition and identification platform product, Soundstr MDM. VNUE, through significant investment and engineering advancement over the last quarter has finalized initial delivery of the music industry's first music performance identification facility which detects and identifies recorded feature music in venues as well as live music performances. The Soundstr Music Data Market, Soundstr MDM, delivers rich analytics for music usage reporting across a wide array of clients, including venue owners, radio station management, music performers, music labels and publishers, and rights administration clients. Sampling, streaming, and live detection capabilities are now developed producing client and usage-specific reports representing analytics across multiple music report types. Highlighting the Soundstr MDM platform functionality is the industry's first live music performance identification capability, a fundamental AI-powered facet of the platform. Live music identification as a service fills a significant gap for performing rights organizations, venue owners, and other participants in the rights management lifecycle. Live music is sampled and through a trained machine learning engine, ever-improving identifications are produced based on VNUE's proprietary similarity assessment techniques. The Soundstr MDM product is delivered as a DaaS (Data as a Service) solution, utilizing both a VNUE-produced physical device for autonomous sampling which can be deployed within a music performance environment, such as a live music venue - and a streaming music delivery interpretative service to ingest digital music feeds for recognition. Both methods manage multiple identification types, including exact music time stamping, exact music matching, silence identification, non-music recognition, speech or talking IDs, and various PRO and admin client defined usages via APIs. VNUE is working with an initial set of customers to train and refine the Soundstr MDM facilities, which include over 70 million fingerprint tracks, to support music use auditing, attribution across performing rights organizations, learning facilities for continuously improving ID results, and more. VNUE Reports 100% Accuracy on Streaming ID with Soundstr VNUE, Inc. announced that it has been working on enabling its Soundstr Music Recognition Technology (MRT) not only for identification of music in bars, restaurants, radio stations, and other physical businesses, but has been actively developing a solution to also track and identify online streams – meaning that any streaming source, such as online radio, games and vloggers, or other digital sources like Youtube, Apple Music and Spotify – may be monitored and audited. In tests with several sources, including Apple Music and others, Soundstr's "SaaS" platform (Software as a Service) was able to correctly identify every single song that was played. Importantly, Soundstr is not just identifying the playlist, but also the composers, lyricists, publishers and other data that is related to the specific tracks that are being played. This granular data from each source can then be aggregated with hundreds and thousands of other sources to create a complete and compelling landscape of music consumption, especially when combined with physical locations and radio. Additionally, the SaaS platform is being developed so that it may be installed on 3rd party devices – meaning that Soundstr will be able to be integrated with existing vendor equipment, for example, other hardware such as routers, POS systems, media players, and more. The company is actively exploring potential relationships. Soundstr's Pulse has also recently been tested successfully in a commercial setting to double as its own media player, so that business owners may have the additional benefit of a high-quality solution to deliver fully licensed music in their establishment, and can also utilize the tracking and identification functionality its MRT for other music sources.
