Mr. Arens is the former Chief Executive Officer of Boardriders, Inc. (“Boardriders”), a portfolio of performance, lifestyle, and footwear brands geared toward action sport enthusiasts. Prior to Boardriders, Mr. Arens served in roles of increasing seniority at The North Face, a subsidiary of V.F. Corporation.
