New minor risk - Shareholder dilution The company's shareholders have been diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 27% This is considered a minor risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Latest financial reports are more than 1 year old (reported June 2024 fiscal period end). Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (21% average weekly change). Market cap is less than US$10m (€4.96m market cap, or US$5.75m). Minor Risk Shareholders have been diluted in the past year (27% increase in shares outstanding). Duyuru • May 26

2cureX AB (publ) Receives Ethical Approval for HIPEC Clinical Trial 2cureX AB (publ) announced the approval from the Ethical Committee at Fundacion Jimenez Diaz in Madrid to start a clinical trial using IndiTreat? in Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) in metastatic colorectal cancer patients. An IndiTreat®? test for this innovative treatment approach will bring additional value to 2cureX's ZENITH project for enabling in-house IndiTreat®? testing at hospital sites. Understanding HIPEC. HIPEC (short for hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy) is an advanced treatment procedure designed to address cancer metastases in the abdomen. HIPEC procedures comprise the rinsing of the abdominal cavity with heated chemotherapy solutions after surgery. This targeted approach allows for higher local concentrations of chemotherapy with the intention to maximize effectiveness while minimizing systemic side effects. This treatment is primarily offered to patients with cancers originating in the abdominal area, including colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, ovarian cancer, and mesothelioma. HIPEC approaches have shown promising results in increasing survival rates and improving the quality of life for patients with these challenging diagnoses. In this prospective trial, 2cureX's IndiTreat®? tests will identify the cytotoxic drug that has the most promising efficacy profile on an individual HIPEC patient's tumor. Reported Earnings • Nov 24

2cureX Announces New Development of the IndiTreat Technology Allows Prediction of Response to Anti-Angiogenic Drugs in Colorectal Cancer 2cureX announced that it has been able to predict response to anti-angiogenic drugs with a modified version of its IndiTreat technology. The development could be the basis for a new product addressing this drug class. The results have been published together with Rigshospitalet, Bispebjerg Hospital, University of Copenhagen and University of Bristol. Solid tumors require an increased consumption of oxygen and nutrients to grow and spread. In order to get this extra inflow, tumors create new blood vessels and hijack existing ones, a process called angiogenesis. It is proven that, without angiogenesis, a tumor can't grow beyond 2mm and can't metastasize. Inhibiting angiogenesis is therefore a powerful therapeutic strategy, and several drugs are available for this purpose, collectively called anti-angiogenics. Currently, there are no molecular biomarkers available to predict if a specific patient tumor will respond to anti-angiogenics, therefore, the drug is prescribed to patients who will eventually not benefit from it. 2cureX has developed a specific version of its IndiTreat technology that measures the angiogenic capacity of a tumor and predicts its response to treatment with anti-angiogenics. The method and the results have been published in the article "The cancer angiogenesis co-culture assay: In vitro quantification of the angiogenic potential of tumoroids". IndiTreat is a technology to generate in vitro hundreds of 3D replicas, called tumoroids, derived from a patient's tumor. These tumoroids are then exposed to different drugs in order to assess its efficacy, allowing the treating physician to optimize the treatment regime for that specific patient. Duyuru • May 21

2cureX Announces Last Patient Successfully Enrolled in the Worlds First Interventional Trial with 3D Microtumors as Guide for Choice of Cancer Treatment 2cureX s clinical partner University Hospital Vejle, enrolled the la patient in the clinical valididation study TICC1. In this interventional study, IndiTreat® test results guide the drug treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer who have exhausted guideline-based treatment options. The TICC1 clinical trial (Clinicaltrials.gov no. NCT03251612) was launched end 2017 with the purpose of evaluating IndiTreats ability to successfully guide the drug therapy of end-stage metastatic colorectal cancer patients. As planned in the trial protocol, 45 patients have been enrolled and treated in accordance with the IndiTreat® results. This trial is the worlds first interventional trial where patient treatment is guided by 3D microtumor technology. The concept of testing the effects of drugs directly on the patients tumor cells in the laboratory is very appealing to both oncologists and patients. Back in 2017 it suggested using the IndiTreat® test to screen a panel of standard and off-label drugs to identify treatments to which the patient was sensitive and exclude drugs the patient was resistant to. It is a great pleasure that it have now completed the inclusion of patients for this trial. The last patient will now be treated according to the test result, and the outcome will be evaluated after eight weeks. The results of the study will be published when all data have been analyzed, says Lars Henrik Jensen, Principal Investigator at University Hospital Vejle. Inditreat will empower oncologist to choose the best possible treatment At the moment, there is no evidence-based treatment recommendation for patients when guideline recommendations are exhausted. The ambition of the novel IndiTreat® test is to empower oncologists to choose the best possible treatment even for severely sick patients such as those included in the TICC1 trial.
