Buffalo Potash Corp. signed a letter of intent to acquire First Tidal Acquisition Corp. (TSXV:AAA.P) in a reverse merger transaction. Buffalo Potash Corp. signed a letter of intent to acquire First Tidal Acquisition Corp. (TSXV:AAA.P) in a reverse merger transaction on June 24, 2025. The consideration consists of common equity of Buffalo Potash Corp. to be issued for common equity of First Tidal Acquisition Corp. As per the transaction, the parties intend to raise gross proceeds of a minimum of CAD 10 million through one or more equity and/or debt financings. Upon completion, it is expected that the Resulting Issuer will change its name to Buffalo Potash Corporation.
