Mr. Bowes is a highly regarded resources executive with 30 years of experience involved with project development and operations in Africa, South America and Australia across a range of commodities and processes while working for some of the world's major mining houses before moving into the junior /min cap resource sector in 2013. Copper Strike Limited announced that it expects to receive AUD 1.2 million in funding Copper Strike Limited (ASX:CSE) announced a private placement of 12,631,578 common shares at a price of AUD 0.095 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 1,199,999.91 on February 8, 2021. The company will issue 11,052,631 common shares in the first tranche to sophisticated and professional investors and 1,578,947 common shares in the second and final tranche in a non-brokered private placement.
