Site Group International Limited Signs an Extension of the Training Services Agreement with Abdulali Al-Ajmi Company to Service the National Construction Training Center The Directors of Site Group International Limited announced the signing of an extension of the Training Services Agreement ("Agreement") with Abdulali Al-Ajmi Company ("Al-Ajmi") to service the National Construction Training Center (NCTC) in Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a further 2 years. Site announced a further addition to the Training Services Agreement has been negotiated with NCTC by the consortium. The term of this Amendment to the contract provides for the extension of the contract out to 3.5 years from the original extension now ending 31 January 2024 with the last intake schedule to commence September 2023. This will allow for an additional 2 cohorts of trainees for the 12-month program. The contract extension is for additional cohorts of up to of 600 students. The previous announced value of this contract was circa AUD 7.5 million. Despite the delay in the start date of the latest cohort due to COVID-19, the additional term increases the potential value to a total of AUD 9.5 million over the contract term. The College has trained over 2,000 trainees in 9-month programs across Welding, Pipefitting, Electrical, Instrumentation and Safety with 100% of graduate employment.
