Approves Final Dividend for Year 2022, Payable on or Before 25 August 2023 Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. at the AGM held on June 28, 2023, approved distribution of the 2022 final dividend of RMB 0.029 per Share (tax inclusive), totaling approximately RMB 536.69 million was passed by at the AGM.
