Trackwise Designs plc Announces Board Changes The Board of Trackwise Designs plc announced that the following the General Meeting to approve the Fundraising, held on 6 January 2023, the appointment of Andrew Lapping and Chris Pennison to the Board of the Company, as Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director respectively, with effect from 9 January 2023. As previously announced Mark Hodgkins will step down from the Board at the Annual General Meeting and Paul will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. He was also Project Manager for PCB manufacturer, SMS Electronics. Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Officer at YFM Equity Partners, a leading private equity and venture capital investor, where he worked for a period of more than eight years. In his time at YFM he played an important role in the strategic development of the firm, while overseeing the key financial functions and financial reporting of its two listed British Smaller Companies VCTs.
