Xerox CEO/vice chairman has died amid ongoing illness
Xerox (NASDAQ:XRX) has announced the unexpected death of its CEO and Vice Chairman John Visentin. Visentin passed away Tuesday due to complications from an ongoing illness, the company says. It's named Steve Bandrowczak, currently the company's president and chief operations officer, as interim CEO. Bandrowczak is currently responsible for the global operations strategy for Xerox, the company’s business support functions (including business strategy, product and service delivery and information technology) and the company’s newly formed Software and Innovation businesses. “Steve has the active and full support of the Board of Directors and the entire management team in carrying out his duties," says Chairman James Nelson.

Xerox: IoT And Cybersecurity May Help Reduce The Debt
Xerox designs, develops, and sells document management systems, solutions, and other services to clients in the United States, Europe, and other regions. In the last presentation to investors, Xerox noted that digital transformation, cybersecurity, and workflow automation could help Xerox's target markets reach a CAGR of 5%-6%. Even considering the risks, the current price mark fails to represent the company’s future free cash flow. In my opinion, the company is certainly undervalued.
