MySize acquires Spain's Naiz Fit

MySize (NASDAQ:MYSZ) has acquired Spain-based Naiz Fit, a provider of SaaS technology solutions that solve size and fit issues for fashion ecommerce companies. Naiz Fit's revenues and financial results will be fully integrated into company's consolidated results for Q4 2022. Acquisition for $500,000 in cash and 6M shares of stock, and up to an additional $1.55M in future cash based on the achievement of performance-based milestones plus a shortfall payment of ~$450,000 payable in 2026. Naiz Fit is expecting an estimated $400,000 in 2022 revenues with substantial increases anticipated for 2023. Company expects its combined Naiz Fit and MySizeID sizing solution revenues to contribute an additional $1M revenues in 2023. Additional benefits including economies of scale through combined SG&A expenses are expected.

MySize gains 8.7% premarket on JV with Brazilian firm Santista Têxtil

MySize (NASDAQ:MYSZ) stock gained 8.7% premarket on Wednesday after the firm announced a joint venture with Santista Têxtil, a Brazilian textile and denim maker. Through the JV, MYSZ's products will be directly marketed to Santista's customer base of local and international brands. MySizeID can reduce returns for these brands by up to 50% and increase the average size order. The JV aims to reduce expenses, boost average order size and prioritize sustainability.

MySize (NASDAQ:MYSZ) is trading 47% higher after the company posted 2570% higher quarterly revenue, due to revenue generated following acquisition of Orgad. Revenue rose 2566.7% Y/Y to $0.8M. Operating expenses decreased by 55% Y/Y to $1.97M, due to increased costs in the second quarter of 2022 associated with the Orgad acquisition and a decrease in R&D expenses from the same period in 2021 when a one-time $2.6M share issuance was recorded. Net loss for the three months fell 60% Y/Y to $1.72M. Cash and cash equivalents totaled $6.5M at June 30. Stock has been down 21% YTD.

MySize gets extension to meet Nasdaq's minimum bid price rule

MySize (NASDAQ:MYSZ) said Thursday it was granted an additional 180-day period, or till Jan. 2, 2023, to meet Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement. "... we expect significant momentum in our revenue and operational performance over the next 6 months... our revenue guidance for 2022 is $5M, a substantial increase over prior years," said MYSZ CEO Ronen Luzon. MYSZ was first notified by Nasdaq of its non-compliance with listing rules on Jan. 3 and was given till Jul. 5 to regain compliance.
