Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. (“Silver Star”) is a REIT set up by The Hartman Companies and formerly known as Hartman Short Term Properties XX, Inc. Silver Star has a portfolio of short term income properties under its management. Silver Star is a Maryland corporation formed on February 5, 2009, to acquire, develop and own office, retail, industrial, and warehouse properties. We qualify as a real estate investment trust, or REIT, for federal income tax purposes beginning with the taxable year that will end December 31, 2010.
